Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Boeotia

Excellent stay as always!

We really enjoyed the house and the fantastic location and surroundings. With the beach on the doorstep and the enclosed garden our children could play wonderfully. The surroundings are beautiful with some restaurants nearby. Maria was very helpful and attentive. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

We've stayed here for almost two weeks. The house is close to all the beautiful beaches in the area as well as the village where restaurants and a grocery store can be found. The village itself is quite secluded and beyond spending time in the sea there is not much to do around. It suited us but it's important to keep in mind. Marita the host is lovely, welcoming and has a big heart. Thank you!

We were very happy with our stay. The hosts were super friendly and helpful and the home was lovely and clean! The location was fine too considering we had a car. The pool was also lovely. We were definitely satisfied.

The house was big and tidy! The photos reflect the actual spaces! Triantafyllos was descriptive as to the location of the house and available immediately for any questions! The views were wonderful!

The house is lovely! It's better than what you imagine from the photos. It is spotless, with comfortable spaces and everything you need. Dimitris is an excellent host, kind, available, with suggestions and care for the space and guests. The house has a fantastic terrace at the back. The house is bright and spacious. You can always park outside or in the alley above. I highly recommend it!

We had a great time for our honeymoon. The accommodation is beautiful, functional, very clean and communication with the host is excellent! The neighborhood is lively and there are plenty of small restaurants nearby. We recommend 100% and will be back with pleasure!

I was really excited about my stay! The accommodation was spotless, fully equipped and much more beautiful than it looks in the photos. The location is excellent and quiet. The host was incredibly friendly and willing to help with any questions. It was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. This was a lovely place in a beautiful setting, very close to Delphi, which is what we came to see. The apartment has lovely family antiques and was very pretty. The town of Arachova is an easy 10 min walk. Our host was responsive, she came out to meet us as we drove up to show us where to park in back of the building. She had milk and juice and homemade jams in the fridge for us and baked an amazing breakfast with orange cake, fresh bread and savory pastries. We would highly recommend staying here!

This is great location for exploring all Athens has to offer on foot or using public transport. The accommodation offered everything we needed and despite normal city centre noise levels we had no problem sleeping. We would certainly stay there again.

By far the best Airbnb experience I have had… and I have had many excellent hosts/spaces in many cities and countries! This is absolutely 5 star hosting! Zero complaints of any sort. Nothing but great things to say about this host/space! I will absolutely book this space every time I am in Athens!

A very cosy home to enjoy the beautiful mountains!

This was a great place to stay for a handful of nights in Athens. There were many sights to see and great food within walking distance. It was also a great place to relax after an eventful day.

Romanos 5th floor apartment in Athens worked well for our stay. It is a large studio apartment with beautiful windows on both sides, a large deck and an amazing view of the Acropolis. It is in an excellent area with great restaurants and close to everything. We felt very comfortable there. The bathroom really needs to be redone since the shower is in a jacuzzi tub that doesn’t have a flat bottom. We knew this when we booked because very accurate photos were included. We loved the rest of the apartment and appreciated the cancellation policy so we booked anyway. If the bathroom was redone with a normal shower, this apartment would be ideal for everyone. As it is, I would recommend anyone with mobility issues to choose something different. It worked fine for us. Romano responded quickly to our communications and was very helpful with recommendations. We loved Athens and had a great stay.

I've been to my shares of Airbnb through my travels, and this is by far, the best experience I've had. Dimitris and Frosso are exceptional hosts. Made sure we had supplies upon arrival, and are exceptional at communicating. Dimitris gave fantastic local recommendations, provided insightful tips, and even helped arranged my 50th birthday dinner on a holiday when most restaurants were closed. We ended up hanging out with them every morning and had incredibly interesting chats. Wished we got to stay longer and hope to be back again in the future!

We had a great time at Dimitris' villa. He gave us a great welcome with a very good bottle of local wine, fresh fruit basket and small cake. Good advice, he made sure we had a great stay and I recommend his Greek coffee. Communication was very easy and Dimitris is very responsive. The house is spacious, pleasant with its nice garden and in a very peaceful environment. In short, we highly recommend this rental for a stay in the Peloponnese!

The villa is set back from the road up a very steep concrete driveway. We loved the peace and quiet, beautiful views and the nearby village of Nerotrivia. Aryiris came especially from Athens to welcome us to the villa, (of which he is very proud, as he and his wife had it built for themselves and filled it with arty things from their travels). The three double bedrooms have hand crafted queen beds, which would suit up to 3 couples, but as our group was of one couple and 3 individuals, Αργύρης kindly added a single bed in the lounge for us. The local bakery for fresh bread (φούρνο/αρτοποιεία) in Nerotrivia (Νεροτριβιά) is first left by a café, after passing Evia mini market, then first right up a steep passageway. The local restaurant, Bakoutis (Μπακούτης), on the left further down the main road through the village, will even make traditionally cooked Greek vegetarian meals in addition to their normal meat menu, if you order them the day before. We wished we could stay all month!

Lovely villa in a beautiful location, perfect for a more peaceful holiday. Well equipped kitchen, rooms as described and shown. The hosts and the person who tends the pool and property were all very helpful during our stay, and beforehand too. We spent several days relaxing at the villa, the suggested local beach which was delightful and had a nice bar/ restaurant on the promenade. Great location if you’d like to day trip to Delphi or any of the other more rural attractions that are relatively close. Would definitely stay again! Note that if you’re bringing toddlers or young children there is a spiral staircase to the upstairs which has very wide gaps in the railings and therefore needs watching with a keen eye, as the child could very easily tumble straight off the staircase from any step without adult support. We managed a week there with a toddling 1yr old fine, however, so it’s just something to be aware of.

Perfect brand new modern place. Easy communication with the landlord that has been very flexible and has accommodated all our wishes about checkout time ! What else ? Can only recommend ! Thank you !

Very beautiful house with impressive views and large outdoor space for swimming in the pool, barbecue and seating areas! The house inside was clean with beautiful decorations and pleasant atmosphere. Entering the pool you feel that the water of the sea has become one with the water of the pool and it is enchanting. Very nice experience for no matter how many people you choose is ideal. The communication with the owner was clear and direct. I can't wait to be back in this beautiful cottage!

Beautiful vacation home with fantastic views of the sea and islands. Ideal for a relaxing holiday by the sea. We especially enjoyed the peace and quiet, there are no direct neighbors. Beautiful and secluded beaches can be reached in a short time by car. The house and the amenities leave nothing to be desired, just perfect. Andreas is a very attentive landlord who gave us some good tips. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
