I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The place was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The location was convenient to us since we planned to visit Starcity, with nearby stores. The aesthetic of the place is top notch and great for birthday photos (just like I did). Jins place was perfect for us. I like the lay out of the unit. Open plan kitchen and sitting room. The kitvhen is equiped for cookinh. The sitting room is comfortable to relax and watch movies. The bedroom has a big, king bed that is SO comfortable. There are 4 pillow and a duvet. Having Jin as host is lovely. She is always on the ball. Always quick to reply and very polite. Wifi in great. The cleaner, Fe (I think is lovely). Jin has offered us to leave our luggage in the room even if it is not ready yet. We extended our stay and moved to a different unit, she also offered to transfer our stuff to T1. We very much appreciate you Jin. Thank you so much for making our stay trully comfortable.

Our stay was great. Their living room/sala was airconditioned so even if you cook, there’s no need for a fan. We just had a little problem upon checking in, the guests before us overstayed but we weren’t informed, maybe that was also the reason why some things were left at the bathroom. Thankfully, they offered a free extension before checking out. Would love to book the house again😊

Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. The unit was very clean and perfect for our short vacation in BGC. The host recommended restaurants that we tried and enjoyed. The unit was fully equipped with essentials and a decent wifi connection. I like that Netflix was also available. The building also felt safe with good security. I totally recommend this listing. Apple was very accommodating and responsive. Check in/out was smooth and easy.

Stayed here for 7 days. The host is very accommodating and responsive to me. The place is really worth its price. It’s a lovely house and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The place is well-equipped and really feels like home. Air con works perfectly, and we had a great time staying here. The host was super responsive and helped us with everything we needed. Just a few small things to note - the curtains are blackout but still let in quite a bit of sunlight from the top and bottom. The main bedroom can get a bit noisy, even with the windows shut. The living room feels a little cramped because of the large sofa and dining table. Also, delivery guys aren’t allowed upstairs, so you have to go down every time for pickups, which can get a bit annoying. That said, overall, it’s a great place to stay.

The location is accessible to malls and restaurants. The unit is pristine clean and spacious. Above all, the host is very responsive and easy to deal with. Ms. Jenna is always nice and courteous.
