Everything is very tidy and clean, the social areas are very nice, a few meters from the sea.

Beautiful, the place is much better than in the photos, everything was beautiful, tidy, clean, the kitchen had absolutely all the utensils, the people who work inside the condominiums are very friendly, helpful, and they told us about any concerns, but everything is much better than what you see in the photos, the pool is clean, I would come back without a second thought.

It takes me an excellent experience with my family. We enjoyed an excellent vacation thanks to Stephanie and Edgar. The place is super amazing and very good waterfront location. There is access to everything, the apartment is 10/10 and the best part is that the beach practically had it for us. It's an experience that is definitely worth repeating again. Thank you very much Stephanie and Edgar, we have some nice memories with my family.

The practically deserted beach, with soft sand and a serene sea, perfect to enjoy without crowds. Juanita was a great help throughout your stay . Get to know all the corners of the area and recommended great restaurants and wineries, which made our experience even more special.

This is a magical experience. Well worth the effort to get to Punta Sal. i didn't realize that the price includes a chef that makes two meals a day. There is also a caretaker that takes you around in a moto taxi to nearby markets. Everyone had fun. The best part is the mind-blowing beach and ocean views. You have a front row seat to one of the most pristine beaches that I have ever seen. The staff and host were responsive and friendly. I recommend thinking about what menu you want before you arrive so they can start planning your culinary experience. Pool was a winner and the beach is very swimmable (we are good swimmers). Excellent value. I would return.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos. And Paula is super attentive to our needs needs. Although the sea was moved we were able to enjoy the beach and pool as a family.

The place was excellent. There are no shops nearby, however they provide delivery numbers for shopping. In the accommodation there is a pantry with basic things to buy (coffee, drinks, snacks). There were no cleaning supplies in the bathrooms (soap or shampoo), the rest was excellent.

I love the beach and enjoy the tranquility. This place is definitely lovely. The apartment is comfortable and super functional. If you planned the shopping well for the days you are staying, you won't even need to leave. Emilia was always attentive to my inquiries and her recommendations were excellent, I will definitely return.

Quiet and very comfortable place, nearby beach, waters almost as warm as in the Caribbean. For Chilean tourists, like us, it is important to make the connection from Tumbes airport, Sky has good offers but they arrive at Piura airport, 4 hours away. It is very important to stock up before you arrive, in addition to having the information of shopping places from the first days for accessories. It is also a very good option to hire services to cook you typical food from Peru in the apartment itself. Carrying tired repellent and sunblock. Highly recommended place.
