Beautiful serene 2015 home one mile from Ichetucknee State Park! Also close to Ginnie, Blue, Poe, Royal, and Little River Springs. Step outside with your coffee and enjoy the wooded neighborhood and river views/access. Large screened porch and well appointed open kitchen perfect for cooking. In the heart of Florida's cave diving region. Located right on the Suwannee River. Near by attractions; Royal Spring with Boat Ramp; 4 miles; Little River Spring; 8 miles;Troy Spring; 17 miles; Blue Hole Spring; 20 miles; Ichetucknee Spring; 22 miles; . As of now, the dock and stairs going down to the river are under re-construction. But can still get down to the river. I have 3 large dogs, let me know when you might arrive. So I can have them inside.

A dream range, with a back door that takes you to a space where you can watch a night full of stars. My favorite part of this space is the soaking tub designed for taking a relaxing bath with doors closed or doors open so you can have visual contact with the outside.
