This apartment is part of a newly, 2022, built complex, the Reef, in the gated community Blue Bay. My apartment offers ocean view and will give you a sensation of luxury. From the deck you overlook the teeing ground of the 16th hole of the golf course. It is very tempting to spend the day by playing golf, or go the the pool or beach. The pool is salt water and has a real tropical vibe. Blue Bay beach is on walking distance.
