Modern Apartment - Brigth & Quiet - Garden

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with Flat-TV, glass fibre WLAN and a large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc.. The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.

Aktivum Montafon - a fantastic view!

Through large panoramic windows, you can already be tickled by the sun while waking up and looking at the moonlight in the evening with a glass of wine. Enjoying the breathtaking mountain panorama from every room, you only get that with us! The "all inclusive" apartment for 2 to 6 people is integrated into our modern wooden building. Comfortably furnished 40m² independent apartment, ideal for couples or small families. Our accommodation is a few minutes' walk from Nenzing Train Station. Due to its location, our house is an ideal starting point for skiing (20 min drive to Brandnertal, 25 min to Montafon (Golm/Vandans) ATTENTION: traffic jams, longer travel on weekends/holidays), for hiking and mountain biking.
