In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with Flat-TV, glass fibre WLAN and a large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc.. The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.

The apartment offers every guest a cozy home, centrally located and ideal for winter activities (skiing, tobogganing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing) as the ski resort from the Brandnertal can be reached in a few minutes by car or bus. Aktivum Montafon - a fantastic view!

Through large panoramic windows, you can already be tickled by the sun while waking up and looking at the moonlight in the evening with a glass of wine. Enjoying the breathtaking mountain panorama from every room, you only get that with us! The "all inclusive" apartment for 2 to 6 people is integrated into our modern wooden building.
