Basement is independant, with washing machine and dryer. You can store your beach material Private parking for one car IMPORTANT: bed linen and towels optional (10€/pers)

Enjoy our charming studio with its small sea view within 50m of the beach. Direct proximity to shops (bakery, pizzeria, supermarket, bar...) Completely refurbished in 2022, it provides: - a living room with sofa bed (real 140x190 mattress) and connected TV with applications (wifi) - a super-equipped kitchen with washing machine, Nespresso machine, traditional coffee maker bathroom with shower column Towels and towels are provided free of charge!
