The Annexe is a spacious studio with private entrance and outside decking area to enjoy a drink. Set in the lovely village of Old Oxted. Only a 1 -5 minute walk from 3 great pubs all serving good food and with nice atmosphere. Approx. a 15 minute walk from Oxted station which takes 40 minutes into central London.

The Dog House is situated in a corner of our garden, in the beautiful Surrey village of Newdigate. Ideal for walkers and cyclists, the village has an award winning real ale pub with great food, a village shop and an Indian restaurant. There are nature reserves and stunning walks and only 15 minutes from Gatwick, access to the airport couldn’t be easier. The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.

The lovely Sussex coast is less than an hour by car or you can catch a train from nearby Three Bridges station.
