The house is 84 m², divided into 3 bedrooms, new kitchen / living room in one, new bathroom, toilet and hallway. Wifi, satellite TV, heat pump, dishwasher, stove, washer and dryer. No smoking and no pets brought. From the living room overlooking the meadow Hilly nature plot of 1600 m², with shelter and direct access to a protected dune plantation.
