Wonderful & Cosy Vacation Home

Spend your vacation in Sønderho - Denmark's Most Beautiful Village in 2011. Beautiful and charming fanøhaus, carefully restored in 2011, with emphasis given to the conservation of the old fanø style with small windows with its distinctive color. The house is bright and beautiful with accommodation for 6 people. The interior is a tasteful mix of old and new. Situated on 2500 m2 of heather-clad area, about 1 km. from Sønderho city center The house has 6 beds, beautiful new kitchen with dishwasher, a large oven and induction. You will find a comfortable spacious terrace, with good shelter from the east and west winds. The property stands in the wild and there is by nature plenty of heather and pine trees. The house is 110 m2, is thatched roofed and is painted in the old style over the small windows in black, white and green - symbolizing sadness, joy and hope. Over the entrance door there's a hatch, a "arkengaf", which was once the entrance to the attic where they kept hay, heather, and others like that stored. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall, a spacious living room with large corner couch, and a dining area with an old long table with a stroke bench and 4 beautiful decorated chairs. Kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and a fridge with small freezer compartment. Bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and a rear entrance with washer and dryer. On the first floor are two bedrooms. One with double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a small toilet. The living room has flat screen TV. The house is equipped with a power-saving and energy efficient heat pump / air conditioner, to heat up the house, it has a fireplace (stove) and electric radiators as well. The heat pump is environmentally friendly and very energy efficient. This means that the house energy cost is very low in cold periods, and makes an ideal holiday home in the winter. The heat pump can be used as air conditioning in the summer time. Large wooden terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue.

The house is close to the marina to the east and about 2.5 km from Vesterhavsbadet with its wide white sand beach and dune-red areas where you can enjoy nature and sniff out the fresh air. Wonderful townhouse in the heart of Nordby on Fanø.

Our cozy newly built (2022) annex is located in the heart of old Nordby. In the annex there is a living room, large kitchen, 2 rooms (in one there is a double bed, in the other there are 2 single beds), large bathroom and entrance. From the accommodation there are 5 minutes by bike to the ferry, 10 minutes by bike to the beach and 0 minutes to shopping and downtown. There is a private terrace with plenty of space to enjoy the weather. In addition, the annex has its own parking right at the door.

The location is also very close to the ferry, so you don't actually need to bring a car to the island. Bring the bike instead (it's free) or rent a bike on Fanø. Terrace with possibility of sun all day. Price includes consumption of water, heating and electricity. Final cleaning is mandatory and costs DKK 400.

Three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with bunk beds. There is walking distance 1.4 km to Fanøbad beach , through small forest. And walking distance to grocery store, nature playground 1 km and Nordby 2 km.

Located on the west side of Fanoe, with nearby grocery shopping. 250 m via a path through dunes to the best beach on the island, where the north sea meets Fanoe. Her you can collect amber as well as other beach effects. The house is located on the Lee side of the dunes, where you will find a lot of wild fauna, from deer, ducks rabbits and pheasants just outside the window, don’t be surprised if the look at you through the glass. There are two lakes on the property, which creates joy for all.

Lovely stay in secluded and lovely surroundings, located in Rindby Strand, where you can relax with the whole family. From the sofa there is a view of dunes, nature and rich wildlife, where rabbits and deer come all the way up to the terrace. The house is heated with heat pump and there is underfloor heating in the bathroom. The house is well furnished with central living room and kitchen / living room as well as 2 rooms with 140x200 cm beds.

An outdoor dining area features a large table surrounded by six chairs, positioned beneath a large umbrella. Potted plants adorn the table, and a planter with lavender adds a touch of greenery nearby, with a red cottage and wooden fence in the background.

I stayed at Bente's house for a few days. Great was the private carport and fenced in yard. You feel like you're in the fairytale forest. Everything was very clean and the beds very comfortable. There is a super bridge within walking distance. Bente is quick to respond to any questions. I felt very comfortable ☺️

Delicious house on Fanø from 2020 with great views

We had the finest Easter holiday at Frank's house. Brand new house right in the middle of the most beautiful nature. We felt so at home and welcome. Frank had provided bikes for all 5 of us and we easily got around the island. Plenty of room for play and socializing both inside and out. Be able to enjoy morning coffee and views of dunes, bambies, wild rabbits and pheasants. The house had all the amenities for a family of 5, everything was clean and tidy. Frank was easy to communicate with and gave us suggestions about what to experience on the island. Huge recommendation, we would love to come back another time.

A light-filled living area features a comfortable sofa and a sturdy wooden coffee table. Warm orange curtains frame the windows, allowing natural light to illuminate the space. A television is positioned on a small stand, while art pieces adorn the walls, adding subtle character.

Spontaneous excursion from HH to Fanö ~ we didn't want any frills or wellness and that's what the small accommodation offers. It is clearly described what you can expect, and you get that :) A small "historical" hut for sleeping, washing and cooking some food - that's all we wanted. The location is really a visual Danish dream, in the morning from the couch over the dune to the horizon, which you can see from sunrise to sunset or even moonrise to sunset. Partly also with a wide variety of game ;) Thx
