It’s a unique 4 acre property with 5 modern tiny houses that sit on open range with free grazing livestock which occasionally show up as they do not belong to us. This tiny house comfortably sleeps 2 on a queen bed but we do have a sofa/futon thats great for kids. Enjoy sitting on the porch or at the picnic table under the trees to kick back and relax on a cool evening.

Our rustic Writer's Cabin is absolutely charming. The 18' x 20' main room has a queen size bed, Roku TV, poker table, and efficiency kitchen area that includes a small fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee-maker, and double sink. The bathroom has a large shower and a rod for your hanging clothes. You will also enjoy the rockers and hammock on the front porch, which are great for sipping coffee while visiting, watching life on the farm and awesome sunsets!

Weber Rock House is located 8.3 miles west of Blanco on a working cattle ranch. There is no heavy traffic or neon lights. The house is fully furnished with most basic household needs including a full size washer & dryer. The yard is fenced. The front room of this house (bedroom) is the original one room pioneer's home which was built in the late 1890's. The back portion was built approximately 100 years later by the current owner.

The Wren's Retreat now has a little brother! Room for two, although a third person could sleep on the couch. The Cabins at Wild Currant Farm are located just off the HW 290 Wine Road that runs between Johnson City and Fredericksburg, and just a couple of miles west of Johnson City. Near great wineries, several state parks, shopping, markets, and good dining. We don't permit pets in this cabin.

The Bunkhouse @ Roses River Ranch

The bunkhouse is a rustic, elegant cabin outside Blanco toward San Marcos. It's a cozy, secluded ranch house with a double carport attached to a large deck that overlooks a pasture of longhorns, deer, exotic birds and wildlife. We have just put it back on Airbnb after closing it for a short while to update it! We look forward to having new guests and hope they enjoy the hill country ambience!
