Jennifer was a fantastic host, very accommodating and communicative. The location was perfect with a private door in an open, well lit ally and centrally located for our needs!

I came and stayed here for 3 days. My best friend and I came to stay here for our SZA and Kendrick concert in DC. Not only we had a great time at the concert. The place was the perfect place to unwind. Also I really appreciate the things that were provided for us. Will definitely book with this place again.

The home is as advertised, cute little spot close to public transit. However, we didn’t feel completely safe going to/from metro, especially at night. Overall though, it worked for our needs.

Very responsive host. The side yard is very nice for people with dogs that travel. Location is very nice but DC traffic during rush hour can be rough but this can be planned for. Would stay again.

This is the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Everything you could think of was provided. Very clean. Great instructions and Guest Guide. Large 1 bedroom/1 bath basement apartment.

Our stay was successful! We loved the place, it was plenty of room for the two of us and we loved having the kitchen to avoid eating out too much. We both thought the bed was super comfortable. The place was also very very clean. Those last two things are the things I look for in reviews and this place was it! Clean, comfortable and quiet. We appreciated Shauna’s kindness and flexibility too, she was super responsive when we had a need or a question.

Great place with a great deck space just steps from takoma parks cute downtown and farmers market! Has all you need inside and lots to do outside!

Great place, photos actually are accurate and easy process. Driveway is a little narrow if you have big SUV. Hospitality was amazing also. Would definitely come back!

Can definitely hear someone or something walking around upstairs most of the night. But, other than that, was an awesome stay, very clean.

Jennifer was awesome and her place was great. Convenient access to the free streetcar which gave us a jumping off point for all the other great stuff in DC. Would definitely stay again! Jennifer was friendly, helpful and super responsive. Could not find a better hostess anywhere.

This was, I believe, our 5th year staying at Kate’s. Always comfortable - always spotless! In fact, this is by far the cleanest Airbnb we have ever booked. Kate is a very responsive host as well - super helpful with any questions we have ever had! We will continue staying here for our annual NIH visit as long as it is available to us! Words can't even describe how homey and amazing our experience was especially to have a 2 year old. The place was everything we expected and went above and beyond. Super host doesn't even do the experience justice. Nadia and Phil were very responsive and understanding with things that came up. The home was beautiful clean and even offered other amenities that weren't expected. If I'm back in Maryland this will be my #1 place to stay if it's available!!

I stayed in Emily’s apartment for two weeks and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Emily and Alex welcomed me right away and made me feel at home! Everything was as described. The apartment is very big and accommodating, in a peaceful and residential area of DC, with easy access to public transport and bikes. Grocery store is just 15 min walk from there with some fast foods/restaurants. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a cozy space in DC! Emily was always responsive whenever I had questions, and she provided me with everything I could need during my stay. Hope to come back soon!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels and coffee. Not to mention the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. The location was perfect—peaceful, but still close to everything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Comfortable quiet condo. Across road from a playing field and walking trails. Comfortable bed, good shower, extras ( food staples, umbrella, tennis rackets etc ). Abaad very attentive, and responsive. ( watch his getting to condo video- 3rd out of 4 buildings, entrance at back ). We felt like we had a new friend in texting and speaking to him . We stayed 4 nights. Would recommend.

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. Thank you Sean, Megan and Loren for all your helpfulness and a lovely stay!

Chris was the perfect host. The apartment was just perfect. Restaurant recommendations were spot on. Got to meet his wife and Phillip the cat, also very pleasant. Very responsive to our needs. Absolutely a great value for your money. Will definitely stay here if we come back to the DC area.

This listing is just as good as advertised, with a convenient location close to popular spots throughout the DMV area. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and I appreciated the free on-site parking. The home was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped with modern gadgets that made the stay even more comfortable.

Thomas’ place was stunning. The view was amazing, and the entire space felt cozy, charming, extremely clean, and peaceful. The location was perfect—beautiful and walkable, close to Tysons malls, great restaurants, and the Tysons Metro station. A perfect spot for anyone visiting the DC area. Thomas was very attentive and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions. Overall, this is a top-notch place and probably my favorite choice when visiting the DC area.
