Nathan's place was the perfect place for a quick family trip for a graduation! The house is cozy and quaint, and accommodated all 5 of us comfortably.

A spacious game room features a foosball table, a small dining area with two chairs, and a wall-mounted television. Two bean bag chairs provide additional seating. Natural light streams in through the sliding glass doors that lead to a private outdoor space, enhancing the inviting setting.

We planned this big extended family vacation before Christmas, with family in Colorado, Texas, South Dakota, and Illinois. We wanted to find a place we could connect, with enough activities for young and old. We found it in Waterloo at this home. The home is everything it promised. Lots of places to play games, watch movies/tv, eat, grill and play corn hole in the fenced in back yard. We loved the movie theatre with the popcorn machine and used it a few times! The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was very pleasant to walk around. We were able to do lots of group activities at local parks, the water park, the Arboretum, museums, and local restaurants.
