The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon planted in the lake. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 130/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, Apple TV.

Welcome to our newly renovated courtyard house, with spacious terrace and access to the family pool that is open and heated to at least 26 degrees May-September. The house is located in a quiet village out in the countryside, surrounded by fields, meadows, forest and lake. The house is located 35 meters from the family's residential building. Large lawns with space for games and play. The proximity to nature makes this a perfect place for those who like to stay in the woods and countryside, with excursions such as bird watching and berry and mushroom picking.

You live in a newly renovated barn with fields and forest outside the corner and with many attractions nearby. The accommodation is best suited for 2 persons. In the kitchen you can cook light meals. Stove, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment available. Smart TV with Chromecast and Soundbar with Bluetooth connection. Bathroom with WC, shower, washing machine and dryer. Sauna and an outdoor bathtub with hot water. 2 bicycles are included.

Tree house in the Småland forest

A unique and peaceful accommodation in the middle of the forest. In this tree house, you live up among the trees in a peaceful and quiet place with animals, birds and nature as neighbors. Here, the noise level is quiet, it smells like forest and the air is clean. If you're looking for a place to unwind, you've found the right place. The house is built of wood from the same forest as the house is in and the insulation is wood shavings from floors and walls. For us, it is important to protect the ecological and local.

Our little cottage by the lake

At the homestead called Hamborg, grandfather's old cottage stands in a beautiful, secluded meadow by Lake Örken. It offers a simple but close to nature accommodation close to the lake, swimming and fishing. Here you can experience total peace and silence far from neighbours. A rowing boat is available to borrow and a short walk through the forest there is a nice swimming area with a small sandy beach. There are beautiful surroundings for hiking in the forest or on the gravel roads.

Lake House at Skälsnäs Mansion in Småland

On a peninsula of the famous Lake Helga in Småland, with a rich fish population, forests and an abundance of animals, we rent out a lake house directly on the lake. Horses and sheep graze on the property, which was once owned by Gustav Wasa. Dogs (max. 2) are welcome, at a cost of € 12 per dog/night. A boat (4.5 hp motor) can be hired for €50/day including fuel. You can also rent our ‘Guesthouse’ (see there) and ‘Brygghus’ (see there), both with lake view.

Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Även huvudhuset går att hyra när vi är bortresta. ”Villa archipelago”
