Waldaue

On the edge of an idyllic courtyard in the Westerwald lies our location Waldbach – with a wide view over meadows and forests as far as the eye can see. In the background, the gentle sound of a small stream accompanies you - your soundtrack to slow down. Hiking trails through forest and field start directly from the cabin. The surroundings can also be explored wonderfully by bike. In the evening you sit on the terrace or by the fire – with a wide view of nature and the feeling of being completely at one with yourself.

Apartment with terrace spots

The apartment on the first floor is located on a hill near Rosbach quietly at the end of the settlement. Walking paths in the picturesque surroundings are 5 minutes away and in the lovingly maintained garden a terrace with a view is reserved for guests. Access to the garden is from the parking space. We live on the ground floor of the house and look forward to meeting you or a friendly greeting in the garden. We are hosting again because we have had wonderful experiences with travel ourselves.

Close to nature in a beautiful house with garden / 10 beds

The old house is located in a small village on the edge of the Bergisches Land, a stone's throw from the Westerwald. The house has been renovated in recent years, only the facade is still missing. There are six rooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, a living room in the attic and a large property (about 2,000 m²). The cottage is quietly located on the outskirts of a 300-person village, there is no thoroughfare, the main sounds are the occasional bleating of the neighbor's sheep.

Apartment by the forest / Westerwald

Our apartment is located right by the forest in the magnificent landscape of the WESTERWALDS. Near Obererbachs is the excellent WESTERWALD STEIG and other charming hiking, cycling and motorbike routes, ideal for day trips. Our village of Obererbach belongs to the district of Altenkirchen. In the village within walking distance, you will find the Obererbach train connection (one stop to the center). By car, you can reach the nearest shopping facilities in about 3.5 km.

Vacation in a half-timbered house

Our half-timbered house, completely renovated in 2020, is part of a larger half-timbered ensemble. It combines historic flair with a modern ambiance. The overall high-quality facilities leave nothing to be desired. Our village of Geilhausen is scenically nestled on the upper Sieg and has its own train connection. The banks of the Sieg, the forests and heights of the Westerwald and the Bergisches Land invite you to hike and cycle via the Sieg and Westerwald nature trails.

Willkommen im „Alpaka Cottage“ von Alpakas des Westens – idyllisch gelegen im Windecker Ländchen zwischen Siegen und Köln. Mit Blick auf unsere Alpakaweide und umgeben von Wäldern, bietet das Ferienhaus viele Wander- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Entspannen Sie im Wellnessbereich mit Hottub oder auf der großen Terrasse. Der Landhausstil mit Holzofen sorgt für Gemütlichkeit. Hofführungen und Alpakawanderungen bei „Alpakas des Westens“ machen Ihren Aufenthalt unvergesslich!

Surrounded by trusting sheep, our circus wagon stands under a roof of maple trees. An exceptional place to stay with panoramic views for 1–2 adults. Sheep cuddling included! If you want to hike, cycle or slow down, you are in the right place in Windecker Ländchen. The circus trailer is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).

Klein Kattult – Living in Nature! Wine and Delight

Come in & feel good! Everyone who comes into the wooden house finds themselves in the ambience of a cozy mountain hut. It simply invites you to feel good and sleep here heavenly. Especially in the winter months, it is pleasantly warm and cozy with the tiled stove. In summer it is pleasantly cool and after a long day of hiking you can enjoy the evening here. Relax in this special and quiet space. In our small mobile home, you have your peace and seclusion. It is located near our farm, the bathroom is on the courtyard grounds (about 80m away). We offer 3 parking spaces for overnight stays with a motorhome. If campers are there, they will also use the bathroom. Only for guests who love nature and a camping atmosphere! Feel free to bring your dog and/or horse. The open stable is next door.

Nestled in nature and equipped with a breathtaking lake view, this penthouse allows you to escape everyday life. Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake. Sun loungers, a SuP and a kayak are available there.
