Very nice flat with balcony well-equipped in the center of Cologne near Barbarossaplatz. You will find a bus stop (buses and tram) in front of the building. The building itself provide bars and restaurants and nearby you'll find a supermarket that opens until midnight, cash machine and more restaurants. A modern elevator brings you to the 27th floor and from the apartment you will have a beautiful view over Cologne. A nice cot or crib can be carried without extra costs. Parking lot included.

Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to September) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

The apartment is located in Bergheim Zieverich, just a 2-minute walk from the beautiful Erft. By train, which is within walking distance, you can reach Cologne city center within 35 minutes (approx. 25 km). Direct highway access to the A61/A4. Shopping such as ALDI, LIDL, Netto & Trinkgut are within walking distance. The center of Bergheim can be reached after approx. 10 - 15 minutes' walk. Here you can find restaurants, Kaufland, DM, post office and many other shops.

The apartment (over 100 square meters) is in an old fully restored former inn. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the stables with horses. Quiet location. A place to relax or just to come down. The large terrace, which is fully covered, invites you to barbecue. After that, they can enjoy their freshly grilled steak on one of the two terraces. Quaint, rustic, cozy... in Western style... Lovingly restored, listed residential building the Thome House, formerly Jenn House, named after the builder Jean Thome from 1827. During the 2019-2020 expansion, a lot of emphasis was placed on ecological materials. Clay plaster, clay paints, natural wood paneling, natural stone and wood floors. Many historical details, such as sandstones and old wooden beams, are still preserved and make the house a special gem.
