The apartment is spacious with 80 m² and is located in the residential building with a separate entrance and can accommodate up to 4 people. Birken Cottage - Vacation in the Herbsthausen sawmill

Our three one-room apartments — Ahorn, Linde, and Birke — combine the historic charm of Herbsthausen with contemporary design. Each apartment is completely unique and has been modernized by us. They offer space for two to three people each. The apartments are part of “Herbsthausen”, an cultural project in the town of Gartow. We are renovating a historic sawmill and transforming it into a future-oriented place for art, industrial heritage, living, working, international exchange, and relaxation.

Spacious apartment in the Fischerhaus Havelberg

The former fisherman's house is an old half-timbered house from 1775 (cultural monument) and is located on the southern slope of the Domberg. The special thing about this house is the building materials. Only natural building materials such as wood, clay, lime, brick, hemp lime insulation and lime terrazzo floors were used. The house is open to diffusion and ensures an excellent indoor climate. From here you have a beautiful view over the Havelauen to the south and to the north on the vineyard.

Our cozy vacation rental in the small village of Bülitz in the Altmark region offers space for 2–4 people over approximately 70 m² (750 sq. ft.). The duplex is spread over two floors and offers a quiet location and panoramic views of the countryside. Old walls, exposed wooden beams, brick, and clay plaster create a unique ambience in the rooms, combining rustic charm with modern conveniences such as underfloor heating and fiber-optic internet. Right by the Drömling, the biosphere reserve, our apartment is located on the ground floor of a large farmhouse. It has a separate entrance and parking spaces with the possibility to charge an electric car for a fee of 0.40 euros per kWh. The courtyard is fully fenced and ideal for children. The swing, sandpit and playhouse are available for playing. You are welcome to use the pool. A barbecue (charcoal) is available. We also live in the house and are always available

The former Bismarck estate house, built in 1770 and completely renovated in 2009, is an ideal place for vacations and also workation - for working and relaxing. The stylishly furnished separate apartment (155 sqm) with private entrance, underfloor heating, antique tiled stove, a workplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a hot tub next to the apartment's own terrace as well as a sauna cottage in the extensive park offers the possibility of a varied break in every season.

elbkreuz - is the title of your wellness oasis directly on the waterway crossroads of the Elbe and Mittelland Canal - the Elbe Cycling Trail - and not far from the state capital Magdeburg. In this predestined location, you can indulge in endless walks through the forests and Elbauen with your family and pets, practice piano, have your fitness room, your own small garden with pool, charcoal grill, parasol, small terrace oven and be in the city in just a few minutes.

Vacation home "Am Tangerberg"

Welcome to Tangermünde. The vacation rental is located in a vacation home with 2 other vacation rentals. The old town of Tangermünde with all its sights, cafes, restaurants and shops is only a few minutes' walk away (about 400 m). In addition, you will find the harbor promenade, the Tangier and the Elbe wetlands in the immediate vicinity (about 300 m). Our apartment is the ideal base for exploring the old town of Tangermünde and the Elbe landscape.

Kulturhaus Wahrenberg

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The residential house and barn of the listed 3-sided farmstead are built with oak timber framing. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the linden trees are pruned back, the house can be seen in all its glory. From May, it then slowly disappears behind shady foliage and stays wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

The one-room apartment is cozy and perfect for a couple or a person. In the Altmark, time is often a little slower, and this is exactly where its charm lies. Here you can hear the wind in the trees, the occasional ringing of the church bell of a neighboring village, the chirping of crickets in summer and the distant call of wild birds. The landscape creates an atmosphere that conveys tranquility and reveals the essentials.
