Our lovingly renovated apartment is located in a quiet, green residential area – ideal for unwinding after an eventful day. The spacious terrace overlooking the countryside invites you to linger. Perfect for festival visitors: You can easily walk to the Festspielhaus in only 10 minutes. The city center is about 2.5 km away – ideal for those who appreciate the proximity to nature but still want to be quickly in the heart of Bayreuth. The main train station is also easily accessible (1.8 km).

Living in a Gründerzeit house: Unique, cozy & a bit more beautiful! The modern loft apartment is located in a beautiful Gründerzeit house in the Hof city center. Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. Enjoy a mystical place at the edge of the forest by the fireplace

The apartment is located in a former Franconian farm, the Engelschanze, on the edge of the forest in the most beautiful area of Franconian Switzerland. In the Engelschanze there are 2 separate apartments, which can also be booked as a unit for 8-10 people. The large garden can be used by all guests. It stretches over the adjacent forest, where there is also a hammock for general use. Each apartment has its own terrace with a view.

Pure nature in the Fichtel Mountains

Our place is absolutely quiet. In just a few steps you are in nature. It is ideally suited for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity are cross-country ski trails (floodlit) and the biathlon stadium with roller ski track and ski lift, toboggan run, mountain bike trails and hiking trails. Lake Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away. Please request a child discount!
