Our stay went very well. The exchange with Jérôme by message was clear and pleasant. When we arrived, I picked up the keys from Cecilia as agreed. She was very welcoming, smiling and explained to me everything I needed to know to access the apartment. A real plus: no matter what time you arrive, there is always room to park in the parking lot.

excellent welcome, very friendly owners, very attentive to tenants, respond directly to our texts, inform us about the restaurants around us, a complete folder with all the information about the surroundings. The apartment matches the photos, nothing is missing, the bed is made and very good bedding, the bathroom has a bathtub and separate shower... the view from the balcony and the interior: the sea and the sunsets wow... go there without thinking, you won't be disappointed, the proof: we will surely rent again next year.

We had a excellent stay in a beautiful area. Lots of great walks to do. The apartment matches the photos, very well-equipped, very well-decorated and very quiet. Laurence gives all the directions for a smooth check-in. No complaints, we'll be back with pleasure!

We had a fantastic time at Erquy. It is a lovely seaside town. We were only there a week but could have stayed longer. Nice walks along the beach. Easily accessible restaurants and shops. ISA is really nice and very helpful it felt like staying at a friend’s place. The Studio apartment was just perfect for us light airy with great patio garden for relaxing and alfresco meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommended it for 2 people. Would definitely return .

We had a pleasant stay in Arnaud's beautiful apartment: Functional, bright and perfectly located for discovering this pretty little seaside town. The must-see is the large terrace and its sea view, not to mention the Admiralty garden just below. Thanks to Arnaud for his kindness and small touches. We strongly recommend this beautiful place.

great location close to the beach and to town, its a bit small for any more than 2 people. restaurants are walkable, recommend la croisette for Seafood and la villa for pizzas very good

Very nice small apartment, well decorated, very good bedding, great location, quiet. The garage is a plus for the car. The owner is very nice and responsive, she wants to meet the tenants for advice and explanations. We'll be happy to go back!

We were satisfied with the accommodation, there are several beds which is convenient to come with family. Parking next to the gite. The + is the garden furniture and barbecue. Host are very welcoming and responsive. Thank you for a lovely stay in your beautiful area!

Very nice little apartment for a stay, in a secure residence, easy to find, easy to access, the instructions were clear, close to RN12 so quick access to just about anything you want. Nearby shops, restaurants too (Brasserie l o, not less I recommend it, excellent food). A spotless stay for a non-excessive price and responsive host

Upon arrival, the hosts were very welcoming and gave us many very interesting tips. They wanted to make sure our stay went smoothly and without a hitch. Very well-equipped kitchen with a very convenient dishwasher and washing machine as well as a good number of pots and pans. The terrace with beautiful views and access to the building's common park. In about ten minutes, you can walk to the city center, 5 minutes to the crossroads. I stayed in touch with Denise who was very available and responsive to any questions about the apartment or organization. Very convenient parking and inside the building's enclosure. The keys were handed over in person or may have been left in their mailbox. I would recommend it!

The location is very quiet. The apartment is small but nice. It is clean and has everything you need. The terrace is awesome, we sat outside a lot. There you have a view of the sea to the right and the city to the left. On foot you can quickly reach the sea, harbor and city center. We immediately felt very comfortable. We are happy to recommend this apartment.

2nd time I've come and no complaints. Excellent accommodation and Hervé is very responsive to messages. I'm going back in August and recommend this apartment without a second thought.

Ideally located accommodation with all the comforts expected and very well-equipped. Very nice view from the balcony terrace. Close to the center, shops, beach and GR. We were 4 adults. Beautiful place!
