Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Biltmore Forest

We loved this visit! The house was perfect - super clean and well provisioned, it had a great vibe, awesome collection of books, chill deck out back - and a couple of cold beers in the fridge, as well as some locally sourced snacks, upon our arrival were very much appreciated. Michele was friendly, responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The neighborhood was quite rustic and very walkable. Only about 20 minutes to downtown via either a scenic walkway or through the neighborhood. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to Asheville!

This was one of my best Airbnb experiences (and I had many). Traci’s spot is perfect for a couple or solo. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful surrounding. Easy to find. And the inside is perfect for travelers - everything is thought through, every detail, from the spoon for the creamer to the cosy rug for the feet by the bed which made me feel very taken care of during our stay. The bed is super comfortable. The space is very nicely decorated. I felt like I was at a cool gallery. Thank you, Traci, for hosting us!

We spent 3 days at Dawn and Ron’s Asheville home. Their space was very clean, smelled nice, and had every convenience you could possibly need. Unfortunately it was rainy during our trip so we didn’t take advantage of the outdoor amenities like the patio/grill or the goats, but they did greet us with wagging tails as we came and went! Loved the waffle bar and complimentary coffee - such nice touches that made breakfast a breeze! Also loved that they provided toiletries and washer/dryer. This space provided all the comforts of home, about 15 minutes to all the AVL activities. Dawn and Ron were very communicative and kind hosts. Would recommend their home to anyone!

We had a great stay! Lisa and Carter were great hosts. They were proactive in giving us directions and making sure everything was satisfactory. The kitchen sink was small for washing dishes by hand, but I can understand why they set it up that way. It was sufficient for basic cooking needs. We particularly appreciated how accessable our parking spot was relative to the apartment door. We would recommend staying here. Just be aware it is a residential area only and you have to drive for food. No restaurants available by foot.

This was such a lovely place! Very peaceful. When we arrived, there were snacks for us, which was a really nice touch. The place itself had everything we need for a getaway from Colorado!

When I first reached out with a few questions before booking, I appreciated the quick and detailed responses. And, even better, after booking, the responsiveness remained at the same level! The condo was beautifully decorated and super comfortable - love the deep couch. The walkability of the location was a key factor in my renting the space and it did not disappoint! True urban living and I would have loved to stay longer!

Our stay at Hiker’s Hideawqy was perfect. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for coffee in the morning, meal prep, and tea in the evening. It’s a great location too. I’m sure we will be back!

We are return guests who love staying at this Airbnb! It is an entire second floor of a house with its own private entrance. We enjoy looking out the big front window at the lake, which our dog eagerly is walked around morning and evening. The back screened in porch overlooking the trees is so calming. Great shower, comfortable bed, there is nothing the hosts haven’t thought of to make your stay memorable. It is 10-15 minutes from downtown but near lots of good restaurants that are very close. We hope to stay again when we visit Asheville. Thank you Staci!

We had an awesome stay here!! Clean, comfortable, well lit, and quiet, this was just the place we needed. Wes is the best host we’ve ever had - he let us know when some local wildlife made an appearance outside!

We had a lovely girls’ weekend in this rental house! Lots of space to spread out and we so enjoyed mornings and evenings on the deck, looking at birds and listening to the sounds of the woods. We had a problem with the oven and Shannon was immediately responsive and helped us resolve it. The house is very comfortable, lots of nice spaces to sit and chat and laugh. My only note is that the bunk beds are really for children - they are not equipped with adult quality mattresses so the friend in that room didn’t sleep well. It would be great for kids but not so much for adults. Still an amazing space and I would definitely return.

First time visit to Asheville and we couldn’t have asked for, and received, a more perfect place to see it all. Once we parked our car we never saw it again, other than a day visit to the Biltmore estate. Otherwise our entire 4 night stay in this property allowed us to experience Asheville on foot, right outside our door. Highly recommend this place!!

Excellent place and walkable to downtown Asheville. Parking is not included but directly across the street is a $15 daily parking garage. The loft sits right above a coffee shop and bar. Excellent place to stay.

Great location. As noted in other reviews if you are comfortable with some steps this is a great place. The elevator does work fine as an alternative to the stairs, it is on the smaller side though. We used the steps all of the time. The unit is as described, 2 bedrooms with enough space for up to 4 people. We mainly used the space to eat and sleep in since you are in Asheville and the whole purpose is to be outside. It is in the middle of downtown, everything seemed to be within a 4 to 5 block walk. The parking garage across the street was extremely convenient. If we could have added one thing to the experience it would have been a TV in the master bedroom as it is enjoyable to have 2 different tv's in case people choose to watch different items prior to going to sleep.

This is our second time staying at Rory's apartment. When we found out it was available We did not think twice and booked it right away. Our host’s hospitality and amenities made it a no-brainer! The location was convenient, space was comfortable, and communication was seamless. 10 out of 10 and we are looking forward for our next visit

This was a great 2/2 in downtown Asheville. It was clean, comfortable with easy access. Relatively quiet space. My friend had a car and was happy for the guest parking (the street is metered parking and the meter maids are active). The location is good proximity to the airport and the Biltmore (I Uber’d to both). I would definitely recommend this place for your Asheville stay. Cheers!

Amazing host very professional! had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and just as described. The location was perfect, and communication with the host was easy and responsive. My 5 night stay in John's condo was fantastic. I live in Durham NC but wanted to come up to Asheville to see first-hand how the recovery efforts post Hurricane Helene were coming along (very well, I am pleased to report). The condo was exactly as described. Clean, quiet and comfortable - the Airbnb trifecta. I was a little concerned upon arrival that the hallway to the front door was just off the highway bypass around Asheville. This was quickly rendered moot as, once inside the unit, you couldn't hear anything from the highway. This was further evident that the bedroom, in the back of the unit, faces downtown (the back of the Harrah's Cherokee entertainment venue, actually). One could have set a bomb off on the highway and you'd never hear it from the bedroom. There is private off-street parking and even an assigned parking spot!. Walking downtown to the many, many fine restaurants was super easy and getting anywhere in the area was a simple as just hopping back on the highway.
