We really enjoyed our stay here. The host was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. There was private parking, walking distance to old town, and had a beautiful view of the bay. We would definitely stay here again.

We highly recommend this spacious and beautifully located home. The view was amazing and we walked to old town on a lovely path every day. It took us about thirty enjoyable minutes. There were several restaurants so close by on the waterfront. We are ate at two of them and in old town another night. Sako was so nice and was so quick to reply to amy questions. We used the washer and dryer, right outside our door. There were adequate supplies of soap, shampoo, coffee and linens. It was a superb experience staying at Sako’s home. Thank you, Sako.

Great apartment — exactly as described! Clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with shops and cafes nearby. The host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We were travelling through the area and wanted a seaside place to relax in between larger cities, and Maja’s place was perfect for that! Nice property and apartment, was very relaxing. Her mom met us and was very nice, and they have a very friendly dog that hangs out on the property which we loved to pet and hang out with. We loved the proximity to the sea and swam every day, and chatted with her neighbours who were also very friendly! The only thing I wish we knew was the beach/swim platform was shared with all the apartments that are rented, which was fine pretty much every day except the last day we couldn’t get a spot, but we still swam and not a big deal at all. Would definitely visit again!

Great location and place. It is on top floor with no elevator so if you have a big bag, suggest you take out essentials to carry up from the car. So great to have a car spot as it’s hard to get a spot in town. Apartment gets hot being on top floor so suggest turning on air con in living area and fan in bedroom when you arrive and close French doors on balcony to block afternoon sun to ensure a comfortable sleep when arriving into apartment Ask for directions to water as we walked the long way but host advised a quicker way which only 1 minute walk down and all the restaurants are down there. Supermarket conveniently located opposite appartments Great stay and location can’t be beaten

Ivana was a very attentive host. She responded to all my questions quickly and was helpful in every way. The place we rented was tidy and clean. The location is excellent — you can reach the beach within 2 minutes. Markets and restaurants are within walking distance, and a bus passes just on the street above. Our entire holiday was wonderful, thank you so much!

I spent a wonderful 4 nights here. Wonderful location - easy walk around the bay to Kotor. The apartment was comfortable, clean and you just never tire of those views. Dusanka was extremely helpful with any questions I had. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Slobodan's home was really beautiful. Very conveniently located in the old town. The apartment itself is very nice, comfortable and spacious. Check-in process was very easy, thanks to the clear instructions and videos sent to us. Slobodan gave us good recommendations of the restaurants in the region and places of attraction. Highly recommend this place.

Marko and Marica were gracious, friendly and fantastic hosts. The property was immaculately maintained, very well prepared and with a superbly equipped. The location is fantastic, so peaceful and with a great relaxing atmosphere. Marko met us at the nearby petrol station to show us how to get to the property including how to navigate the tight corner. The first drive up and down was quite tricky but was fine after that and no problem in a large SUV. Highly recommended place, very good location to explore Kotor Bay from and an oasis of calm where time slows down.

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

We were 4 people staying for 2 nights and we had a great time. We as guests had issues with our timing and arrived a bit late for check-in but our host had full understanding and was willing to be flexible. The house was amazing and had everything we needed, the environment was beautiful and we had a nice view while using the grill for our barbecue. Would 10/10 recommend this place for anyone visiting Montenegro.

We received incredible hospitality in the most beautiful area of Montenegro. This trip exceeded our expectations. We were very impressed by the location, the experiences, the food and the wine served to us at Markos place. A unique, special and memorable stay. Highly recommend!!!

Everything was excellent and very nice. Clean and spacious apartment with great views, perfect for our family with three kids and a dog. Golub and his parents were most helpful and friendly – and did everything to keep us happy and warm in the winter. Will definitely come again and recommend to our friends.

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place

Nicola was a very friendly and responsive host. She helped us find parking for our car and even moved her own car so that we could park. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic stay, the view is stunning. The balcony gets the sun all afternoon and you can watch the sun set behind the mountains. The apartment is really spacious and had a lovely feel to it. The area is nice, it’s on the promenade but in a quieter area which we really enjoyed. It’s a good 40-50 minute walk into Kotor old town but so worth it in the day and the evening, we did it multiple times while we were there. We went with our 20 and 18 year old and they loved it too, especially being able to swim every day right outside in beautifully clear water. Would highly recommend staying here, we loved it.

Great place in the middle of the old town with lovely interior!

We felt very comfortable with our two children in the accommodation. There is a small playground and sports field just around the corner. The old town is a bit far on foot with small children, but doable. Alternatively, park for €0.80/hour right next to the old town. Ana was very hospitable and always quickly reachable. We will be happy to come back!

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

We had a nice stay. Luka was very helpful, even when the crazy grumpy didn’t let us to park in the public parking, he offered that he’d come and talk with her. But we found another parking spot, bc we didn’t want any problem with the crazy woman. The apartment was clean, nice location

The clean apartment and owner responded quickly and was helpful. The pool area was really cool too! The scenery was really beautiful, especially at sunset. Nothing to blame.
