We are located at the historical Rt 66 while only being 10 min from the main gate of Fort Leonard Wood. It is also walking distance to natural springs, trails, historic museums, gift shops, bars, restaurants, playgrounds, and so much more. We are a military family and know how much it means to be with your Soldier. Here you can relax, cook, play some games, sit outside and admire the remarkable view as well as the sunrises and sunsets. We were only able to stay for 1 night but we wish we could have stayed longer! The train was a fun experience for us. We admired the craftsmanship and the smart use of space and The details of products used and decor. I usually can’t sleep well when I’m traveling but the bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Our son caught some fish in the pond he used red worms and they hit on those quickly. If we are ever back in that area we will choose the train again!! The hosts were very nice and helpful!! Great people !!
