We chose this place because it's the only Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh that offers free access to both the pool and gym. At most other Airbnbs, you have to pay for every use, but here, you can use the gym and pool anytime you want at no extra cost. The location is great, it's close to District 1 but situated in a quiet and less busy area. The host is very prompt and efficient, regularly checking in to see how our stay is going and asking if we need anything. We requested extra towels, and they delivered them right away after I messaged Hai Yen. I love the gym equipment, they have everything you need. The only thing missing is music to help motivate gym-goers while working out. The pool is also great, it's large and well-maintained. There's even a Family Mart downstairs, so if you get hungry, you can just head down and grab a snack or meal.

The place is far away from the city to feel extremely private, but still close enough that it took 30-45 mins to reach Quan 1 or get any food deliveries. Had a Tennis Court, Karaoke room and what not. The place even had toys for kids
