It is located in Someraro, a small village above Stresa, quiet and relaxing It has 4 beds. The VIEW of all of Lake Maggiore is one of the most BEAUTIFUL and complete that can be found in the area. The accommodation is very bright and is located on the third and top floor of a completely renovated early 20th-century house. FREE RESERVED PARKING SPACE.

An independent 2nd floor apartment in a small Liberty-style villa, with a splendid lake and mountain view, fire place. Luminous, functional, very peaceful and relaxing. Sleeps 2 (max 4): Bedroom with a double bed. (+extra beds available for studio corner). Town center + shops at 2 km. Stresa and surroundings are beautiful all year round, also in winter. Fabulous places for mountain hiking, skiing, golf. Check-in possible during lunch hours (11.30am-1pm) or in the evening after 6pm.

Lake view studio w/ terrace

Relax in beautiful and scenic Italy. Our humble studio apartment offers expansive views of Lago Maggiore and mountains. The area is quiet and peaceful. Private lake access is a 10 minute walk. If you'd like to walk to Stresa, we recommend first driving 3 minutes and starting up the hill (23 min total / avoids steps). Please note: You will have to walk through our upstairs living room (8m distance total) while we wait for approvals to build external stairs.

ACCOMMODATION WITH GARAGE. My place is close to the THERMAL BATHS and the CENTER OF THE TOWN that can be easily reached on FOOT. My place is good for couples and friends with 1 double bedroom or bedroom with two single beds. There's a big balcony. SAINT VINCENT is in the center of the AOSTA VALLEY and therefore it is very convenient to reach many places for excursions and skiing in a short time. Questions welcome. A 1960s grandma's apartment in a two storeys condo in a rural area. There's nature but also bees, bugs, cats, foxes, dust.. if you have grass pollen allergy or not used to the countryside I won't recommend staying here. The furniture is old but there's a tiny office with Wi-Fi, a massage table and a lot of privacy.
