Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Biddenden

We stayed here 4 nights. Altho the temperatures outside we quite high it remained really nice and cool inside, which we liked a lot. The garden is really cozy and provides both sun and shadow which makes it a pleasant place to relax. Everything was as described and the flowers and milk provided were welcoming extras. The only criticism we have is that the countertop felt a bit sticky and that the cupboards are quite cluttered and we had to search sometimes to find what we needed. Overal we would definitely recommend staying here.

This is the third time that our group of eight women stayed at this wonderful house. When we arrived everything was so beautiful, so clean, the linen crisp and white, all so welcoming and warm. Would recommend without hesitation.

Great stay, with lovely interior of accomodation and nice garden. Even toys for our son were there as well as all necessary bathing equipment. Beautiful garden and great location to explore the area with train (1 hour train ride to London)

Just experienced the most perfect 3 day stay, in an absolutely ideal location in Rye. A spotlessly clean, stunning character filled property with low beams, wonky walls and sloping floors, which all add to it's wonderful charm. A very responsive, helpful and kind host, who really wants you to enjoy your time there. No questions too hard and always a very warm prompt response from Becky. We would 100% recommend this property and host, if your looking to book the perfect getaway in Rye. John has a very comfortable house with a lovely garden. We had a great day out at Dover Castle.

The house was perfect for us to get together with my daughter and grandchildren, who live close by. Extremely well stocked with everything you could need for a perfect stay. Thank you we will definitely recommend your house.

Lucy was super friendly and responsive to our messages, even giving us recommendations for local dog walks to help tire out our energetic golden retriever. The downstairs living area and 2 main bedrooms were really spacious, comfortable and well equipped with kitchen equipment, towels, toiletries etc. Plus a fantastic walk in shower en-suite and outside areas to relax in too. All in all a great stay!

It was a lovely apartment, beautifully clean, and with all the amenities we needed. Low ceilings in one bedroom and doorways, but you can tell that from the photos. A useful thing to know is that the two bedrooms are railroad style; in order to reach the double bedroom you have to pass through the two twin rooms (they're separated by the dressing room, but the stairway is in one room and accessible only through that room). This might not be a problem for a family, but we were adult friends sharing a place, and if we'd known that one room would have no privacy, we'd have made different plans. Otherwise, everything about this stay was perfect, and I give it five stars for that. Thank you!

Lovely flat in a fabulous location. Would definitely recommend it. The local area had some lovely open spaces for walking along with some fab restaurants for dining and cocktails. Perfect for a weekend get away.

Had a lovely weekend full of walking and food. The apartment is lovely and exactly how described. Julie is a great host, very friendly and responsive. Would recommend if you are going to walk the Seven Sisters. We caught a bus from the town down to Seaford and started walking back from there. We opted for the medium route which took us back to the lovely village of Friston, where we had a couple of well earned beers in the garden of the Tiger Inn. We caught the bus back from there which was really convenient.

We had a wonderful stay at Bellevue and would definitely stay again. The property is beautiful and well equipped a stones throw away from the beach which both of our daughters loved. Angela was a fantastic host who had great communication. Thank you for a lovely stay and we can’t wait to return

Enjoyed our second visit with Antony and Gonzalo. Had stayed 6 weeks in 2019 and became friends with them then. Made it a point to spend 3 nights with them on this trip and it felt like old home week. Antony is very knowledgeable about architecture and grand British homes so he can offer advice on where you may be able to see historic buildings and interesting houses. We hope to visit with them again on any future trip to England.

Thank you Mathew for allowing us to stay with our dogs. Even though our stay was an emotional one, we felt right at home and that made things a whole lot easier. Being Autistic with other disabilities/difficulties, it can be very hard travelling and staying away at different locations. From the moment we arrived we felt like we belonged which really helped me to cope, thank you We loved the basement apartment, it was perfect from everything it offered, to the unique quaintness of its character, to how quiet it was, to feeling so warm and inviting. We look forward to returning again

Just returned from a really lovely couple of days at Windy CornerCottage. Location is fabulous. Easy to find and parking very easy in the space provided. Sea front 1 minute walk, nearest shop 5 minutes. Plenty of pubs restaurants coffee shops within easy walking distance including co op and Sainsbury’s local. Windy Corner cafe is on the ground floor below the flat great for a snack or coffee. Despite proximity to everything location is wonderfully quiet and relaxing. The apartment itself is very comfortable and homely. Slept brilliantly in the double bed. Didn’t use the twin room but it looked very comfortable too. Bathroom was clean with lovely walk in shower and kitchen/ living room comfortable and clean. We did not cook or use washing machine so cannot comment on these. Communication was great from the minute we made the booking. We collected and returned keys to the cafe who couldn’t have been more helpful but there is also a lockbox if needed. Overall experience faultless.

Great place to stay near Canary Wharf! The home itself is beautiful, spacious and clean. The hot tub and sauna are luxurious and a fun treat! Kitchen is fairly well stocked and easy to cook in. A/C worked great. Washer/dryer combo machine is nice to have as well. There is a small market across the street which makes getting groceries super easy. The bus stops right in front of the house for easy transport to Canary Wharf or anywhere in the city. Great transportation connections via DLR as well. Greenwich is an easy walk and a wonderful way to spend a day. All in all a fantastic place to stay! Thanks for making it a great place for our family!

We spent a lovely Christmas here and had everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect, endless sea views and plenty of places to walk to with the dogs. The apartments are well stocked with everything needed to cook a beautiful Christmas dinner and Anthony even provided us with lovely Christmas trees. It felt like a home away from home. Anthony kindly let us check-in early and check-out late which helped us truly relax. This was our second time staying and won’t be our last!

We had a great Christmas. The house is a much bigger then the photos. Plenty of space for a large family and more then enough hot water for all of us!! The house is very clean, enough pots, pans plates etc. Lovely setting, loved the little church, which is open for visiters only, seeped in history.

Little Rock was the perfect place for our group of family and friends to socialise and relax. The building is modern and in great condition. I'd highly recommend this for large groups or families who want peace and serenity, with all the comforts of home.

Ingram House is a beautiful house with an amazing, beautiful garden.We had a wonderful stay.Antonio responded to all messages quickly but the star of the check in/communication whilst there was Shirley the wonderful housekeeper.Such a lovely lady, who made contact before we arrived to confirm all details, meet us for check in and check out and responded to any queries during our weekend.The house has 5 bedrooms/2bathrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom plus additional toilet downstairs. A great kitchen,a lounge with seating for everyone plus a delightful dining room. To us the best place was the garden. At least 5 different ‘spaces’ to sit with tables and chairs, a great BBQ area by the kitchen, its just a beautiful, relaxing garden where we sat and enjoyed the afternoon (we were lucky with the weather). The only slight downside to us was the road noise. The windows at the front of the house have secondary double glazing which helps to reduce the noise. We would happily stay there again

Property just like the description. Was larger than expected, well fitted and extremely clean. A well put together pack full of information available. Fabulous pub serving great food only a 3 minute walk. Proactive contact and clear communication available throughout. Would highly recommend.

It was simply perfect for our professor's 50th birthday celebration. We were looking for a comfortable and inviting space to gather and commemorate this special occasion, and this villa exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the immaculately clean interiors and the stunning views.
