Accommodation comprises kitchen area & shower room downstairs and upstairs open plan living area with bed at the end. Hosts are a family of 6 (4 kids at uni/working away) & 2 friendly dogs, we welcome everyone!

Pool Cottage, peaceful retreat near London.

Pool Cottage is a trendy little place, perfect for couples. It’s attached a 16th century Farmhouse but has a separate entrance and garden. The pool is a shared space in front of the cottage and guests are welcome to swim any time but it is not heated. The area is rural yet close to Tunbridge Wells, London, beautiful Kent / Sussex countryside and the South coast. Lots of walks and great pubs within walking distance. We have dogs and there are cows / sheep in local fields - country life !

Charming barn conversion in the Kent countryside

Barneta is the annex of a converted barn and is set in an idyllic spot on a sheep farm in the heart of the Kentish countryside but only 10 minutes drive from Hildenborough train station with trains to London and the South Coast. All the amenities of Royal Tunbridge Wells are 20 minutes drive away. It is an excellent base for walking and there are many places of interest to discover such as Penshurst Place, Chiddingstone and Hever Castles with fantastic local pubs along the routes.

This well presented little place is set away from the main road half way between Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge. Easy access to A21 and M25 free private parking. Pub, takeaways and restaurants are all 1 minutes walk away and Tunbridge Wells or Tonbridge are 5 mins drive away. Pretty country walks all around. Heaven! Beautiful retreat in a superb location

Cozy annexe in a stunning, quiet location yet close to amenities. Private outside space with a wood burner and BBQ. Beautiful rural setting, 22 acres of land and woodland, lovely walks and a pond on the property. Wi-Fi can be patchy at times: The property is close to rail links, buses, Tunbridge Wells is 8 minutes drive away. Tonbridge is 5 minute drive. There is a small convenience store, petrol station and 2 excellent pubs within walking distance of the property.
