Adorable little townhouse with lovely garden, located in a residential area close to the Conservatory. Two bedrooms on the first floor, and living room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry room on the ground floor. Outdoor garden not overlooked with small pool to cool off, and BBQ. Tastefully decorated this house is a small art gallery, gathering personal works, photographs, and travel items. PARKING available in front of garage. Nearby supermarket, gas station, pharmacy and hospital.

Heated pool access (May to September 15), outdoor area shared with owners; Jacuzzi reserved for tenants. The studio is adjoining our house but the entrance is independent.
