Wildkogel Arena is about 5 minutes away, Kitzbühel ski area approx. 15 minutes Gerlos-Königsleiten, Zell am See/Kaprun about 25 minutes.

We have set up our lovingly furnished mini apartment mainly for our family visit and rent out the periods in between.
