Our apartment (85m²) is located in a wine-growing community in the district of Ludwigsburg, directly on the Neckar Cycle Path. Leisure activities such as cycling, hiking, climbing, canoeing and swimming are possible in the village or the surrounding area. Three restaurants in the village, broom industry about 2km, several wineries and wineries with possibility of wine tasting in the immediate vicinity. Motorway connection about 4km, train station about 5km, bus stop about 5min.

Hi I'm Gerd, I provide my apartment for the weekend Friday to Sunday, as I temporarily do home office there during the week. For longer stays, we are also happy to find an individual solution. The apartment can be easily reached via the A81 motorway exit Mundelsheim. Shopping is about 500 m away (bakery + Norma). Other markets are available in the neighboring town of Besigheim.

You live on the ground floor in a living room and a bedroom along with bathroom with toilet. In close proximity is a great pizzeria with good food. Seasonally, two broom farms are open A bakery with cafe is about 250m away on the main road. Oh, there's also a discount store with a bakery in the village, as well as a gas station. Check in/out by arrangement, we are at the house.
