Our recently renovated apt faces the beach and has an exclusive and gorgeous view to the ocean! There is only a garden with palm trees, birds, and a playground between our balcony and the sand. The apt is very cozy and can take large groups or families who want to rest and enjoy the sun. You will have coffee looking at the beach. Our building offers daily beach service, which includes tents, chairs and tables set up for our guests. Our building is 5 min away from the shops and supermarket

Magnificent View, really right on the sand!!!!

The apartment is right on the beach with a magnificent view of the garden and the sea. It is approximately 100 steps from the sea! We have been renting the apartment on Airbnb for over 9 years. We have had more than 300 families stay with us. Maximum Airbnb rating! Over this time, we have gained expertise in welcoming guests. We have contracts with a laundry service, an air conditioning company, and a handyman who is available 24 hours a day. The cleaning staff is excellent.

The house is in a very quiet and safe gated community, even on holidays. The regulars at this condominium are mostly families. The walk to the beach is very quiet (300 meters - 5 minutes) and the access roads are paved and flat. The house is ground floor, the sun enters the two bedrooms providing a sense of comfort. The bathrooms are large and airy. The balcony is spacious, overlooking the lawn and has a barbecue and sink. The house accommodates up to 5 people.

The beach, which is 200m away from the house, is clean, flat and with crystal clear water, with moderate waves.
