Rural idyll in summer swimming in the Walchsee and countless hikes or mountain biking in the beautiful Kaiserwinkl, as well as ski touring, skiing and cross-country skiing in winter. In Walchsee as well as in Kaiserwinkl there is a variety of regional inns, restaurants and also shops for everyday needs... And trips to Kitzbühel, Kufstein, Innsbruck or Salzburg...

The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. The apartment is located close to the Bavarian Alps, Lake Chiemsee and a couple of other small lakes. There are plenty of opportunities for sports and cultural events. Numerous restaurants provide local and international cuisine for every kind of taste. Here you can spend your holidays in a rural and traditional atmosphere. My accommodation is suitable for couples, travelers and families with children and small groups.
