From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

Our accommodation is located between Lake Chiemsee and the Alps, Salzburg and Munich. You can explore Lake Chiemsee, the mountains and the adjacent nature reserve, as well as the large golf course nearby via wonderful cycling and hiking trails. Good bus and train connections. Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)

Just minutes from Ma Bastide is a wonderful thermal spa that invites you to relax. In the "Gut Immling," art and culture lovers will also get their money's worth. The Simseeklinik and the spa gardens are also close to the property.

We live in Germany, in the tourist region Berchtesgadener Land, on the edge of the Berchtesgaden and Salzburg Alps in the municipality of Ainring. A car would be an advantage. Free parking available on the property.

Welcome to our two-room apartment in the historical "Burghotel", the former guesthouse of the castle "Hohenaschau". Our Apartment is on the south side with a view on the mountain "Kampenwand", is on the second floor and has a big balcony, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the Bavarian alpine upland.
