My apartment (~65 sqm) is located right next to the largest science theater in Europe. The area you will be staying in (Prenzlauer Berg) is one of the nicest and safest in Berlin. Because of the central location and excellent access to public transportation you can get to any corner of the city quickly and easily from here. So if you feel comfortable climbing the stairs to my rooftop (5th floor - no elevator), you will find everything you need for a quiet, discreet and enjoyable stay.

Mini Apartment Altbau Prenzlauer Berg

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

We offer our attic as a FW for 2-4 P. A children's travel bed is also available. The property is located on the edge of the Wandlitz lake landscape and is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours in Barnim. Berlin can be reached in about 45-60 minutes by public transport or car. Within walking distance are the public bathing area of Lake Stolzenhagen, a large playground and a restaurant. Breakfast, bicycles and sauna are available for an extra charge.
