Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Berkeley Township

This little oasis is PRISTINE! It was beautifully decorated and so very comfortable. The location is walking distance to the boardwalk but also removed enough from the riff raff. I felt safe as a single woman and slept amazing. Everything you could need in inside the house and my favorite part of the home was the enclosed porch. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Would love to come again. :)

Great place to stay. Super clean, close to the state park and restaurants. Perfect little getaway for our family of 3. The area that the house is in is also very nice. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the sunset.

I was so comfortable in Donna's house.. Her bed's you could sleep all night?. Neighborhood extremely quiet. But nice and clean. I would so love to stay here again when I come up to New Jersey. Donna thank you for all you do.

Christopher was a wonderful host and extremely responsive and helpful! As well as informative regarding things to do during our stay!! The home was beautiful and very accommodating for our group. The whole home was very clean and had plenty of helpful amenities!!

Great experience all around ! I would consider renting this spot again , fell in love with the house and the host was great! So spacious! Anything that we forgot , the house had it , it was above and beyond equipped ! Great location ! Friendly neighbors ! Perfect for hosting an intimate gathering !

We will consider Tracy's place again when we come back to Seaside Heights! This charming little home is cozy and well situated. The house was clean. We were on our way back home from a long roadtrip and Tracy was very flexible and checked us in very late. We arrived to a house that was welcoming and ready for us even if we booked last minute. Kevin and Keith are standout hosts. They were extremely fast to respond ahead of our visit and were so accommodating when we had to request a reservation update. The home was wonderful - best location I've ever booked through air bnb. It was spotless, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the extra touches like the coffee station put it over the top. Its a fantastic location mere steps from Ocean Gate beach, and a very easy drive to the ocean. We will be booking again for our next trip to NJ!

The house was immaculately clean and Scott was very thorough in his explanation of everything. Sleep accommodations were perfect! Perfect location with grocery stores and restaurants in close proximity of the house. Highly recommended and Scott always replied promptly. Would go again! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

We enjoyed our stay! My son had plenty of room to walk around/explore! It was clean and tidy and has a small private backyard/porch. Alexandra was a wonderful, attentive host and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable! We highly recommend!!

The apartment is on a quiet street in a lovely community and is equipped with all the basic equipment you need for housekeeping.

Fantastic cozy, clean, comfortable apartment just a block and a half from the beach! Very well maintained, from the outdoor shower and porch to the soft and sturdy beds, hosts were easy to reach, and instructions were easy to follow. Excellent accommodations for our family of 5 with children!

My husband and I stayed here for Princeton's Reunions weekend, and this was the perfect spot near campus--a long walk or short Uber ride away. Everything was clean and felt private; it's a great space for a solo traveler or couple. Parking is onsite and check-in instructions were clear. While we didn't end up needing much from the host, she was very communicative and seemed like she would respond to your needs promptly. The neighborhood is very safe and walkable.

This place was just perfect for us! Very well stocked all around…kitchen, bathroom, games, beach chairs. They had it all! Beautiful sunsets out the front over the bay and we could even see the sunrise come up from our bedroom! Easy and flexible check in, great communication, yummy homemade muffins upon arrival. Hope to stay again!

Thoughtfully appointed and centrally located just blocks from campus, this home was the ideal stay for our short visit. We especially appreciated the nice quality bath products and small touches throughout. Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay here over Memorial Day weekend. We have been coming to LBI for years but never stayed in Ship Bottom until this trip, I really liked the location of this unit. Close walk to the beach, easy access to bridge, walkable to stores and restaurants, but also a quiet street. This was very convenient and fit our family of 4 well. Place as described, well equipped kitchen, very clean. Nice that it came with beach chairs for use. Spent a lot of time on the porch. I would definitely stay here again!

I can’t rave enough about this place . Super clean ans so conviently located near everything, yet quiet and private at the same time. The parking spot was a great perk too and Dawn couldn’t have been more accomodating and reaponsive. We will definately be back!

Natalia’s apartment was perfect for us for a weekend stay. It had all of the amenities that we needed and was in a great location. It was very clean, easy check in, and matched the pictures and description.

Our stay was fantastic! Megan and Todd’s place had all the amenities we could possibly need, and we also LOVED the patio and close proximity to the beach. Megan and Todd were responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Ty!

Great location next to the Park entrance, exceptionally clean, great interior design, welcome treats, nice balcony to relax, covered safe parking, shed with folding chairs and other stuff for children, great communication, positive and welcoming attitude.
