The property, which was built in 2020, has a separate shower and toilet downstairs and upstairs a living room/bedroom. There is no cooking facilities or outdoor space.

Our comfortable summer house is called "Aremer Duin" and is located directly on the nature reserve the Kennemer Duinen. The beautiful, quiet beach of Egmond-Binnen can be reached within walking distance (2 km) via the dunes. The summer house is completely self-contained, has a free entrance and fantastic views on the bulb fields and the Abbey. It is attractively furnished and equipped with every comfort. A good base for beautiful cities such as Amsterdam, Alkmaar, Haarlem and the Wadden Islands (including Texel).

This holiday house in the back of my garden offers the excellent retreat if you want to experience the beauty of the Dutch dunes and beaches and escape the hectic city life. The house is located in a quiet street, walking distance from the beach (10 min) . Egmond aan Zee is one of the most beautiful areas in The Netherlands only 30 minutes by train from Amsterdam (station Heiloo is 5 km from Egmond aan Zee). Excellent for hikes and cycling. There is a storage for the bikes with the house.

It is suitable for 2 adults or a family with max. 2 children. For 3 or 4 adults, the space is small. Nice and fresh house for 4 people, with lovely terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day long. Located in the cozy center of Bergen. Property is completely rebuilt at the end of 2017. In the beautiful surroundings of Bergen and Schoorl is this nice, fresh, basic and sunny holiday home located on the southwest. The house is situated so that you can sit in the sun all day. The house is located on a quiet and leafy road where you can park easily and for free.

Studio for 2 people in a quiet cul-de-sac. Close to dunes and beach. From here, you can take beautiful bike rides. Egmond aan Zee 10 min cycling, Alkmaar only 7 km away. Close to artists village Bergen. Studio has its own entrance and living room with 2-person box spring and kitchen with fridge and 2-burner stove and private bathroom. Bed linen, towels and kitchen textiles included. Recommended to bring bicycles (or rent). Tickets for dune area on loan.

Wi-Fi, private parking, 4 free bicycles, tranquility, key safe for self check-in. TOURIST TAX €2.85 p/p/p/n, will be settled afterwards via a payment request. You enter the apartment through the hall with toilet. The bathroom is adjacent to the master bedroom. Through the last door you enter the spacious living room with kitchen. In the living room is the staircase to the second floor where the "children's" bedroom is with a headroom of 180 cm.

Summer house the driemaster

The place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). The summer house is entirely at your disposal. You have your own private entrance; and a passage to the shared garden. In the shared garden, you have access to a private terrace where you can sit in the afternoon in the sun. You can also safely store your bikes here. The cottage should also be left tidy and clean. Nor is it allow unnecessary to turn on the heating

Studio "Het Atelier" in the heart of Bergen.

Studio "Het Atelier" is located in a very quiet place in the heart of Bergen in the middle of the greenery. A cozy sunny terrace adjoins my large garden. There is no traffic here, only nature and tranquility around you. Still, it is less than a 5-minute walk to the supermarket. The sea is 5 km away. The dune area is close by. You can cycle or walk for hours through the beautiful forests and dunes where wild horses and cows graze.
