Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Bergen County

Just like Jared’s description, the place is nice kept, clean and cozy. A spacious living room, a clean and fully-equipped kitchen, a bright bathroom, and a nice backyard to use. Good enough for 3-4 people to stay in. Convenient location and safe neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay for a week.

We had a great stay at Ossi’s home! The house was spacious, very clean, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood—perfect for relaxing. Ossi was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would happily book again!

The unit is as described and as you see in the photos, beautiful designs, Great location, close to stores, 10 mins to MetLife for concerts. Very spacious unit, towels, sheets provided, a/c in every bedroom etc. Kitchen had everything you'd need to cook a meal, although we only stayed overnight for a concert and ordered take-out. TV's in every bedroom including the living room! That was a Plus! Comfy beds (one of the bedrooms with the queen sized bed is a step up). Host allowed us to park in the back of the house, so no need to find parking, it's a really tight fit, but permission is needed before parking there. Host was excellent at communicating, readily available and so very gracious! I would stay again!

This was an exceptional accommodation. The space was clean, the surrounding area felt safe, and communication with the host was remarkably convenient. Overall, it was a highly satisfactory experience.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Shante’s home! We used to live in the area and had returned for a family event. The house was easily accessible and exactly as described. The fun basement set up left no shortage of places to hang out, and the 5 bedrooms let us stretch out. We were able to do laundry, play games and spend LOTS of time in the excellent back yard! Not only did Shante have kid and baby gear for us (kids are 7, 4 and 1), but a wonderful Canterbury park was just a 5 minute walk away!! We spent hours in the yard and at the park! We had every item we needed in the house, and enjoyed visiting our old neighborhood!! Shante was great to work with and extremely responsive, we will definitely be back again soon!!

Richard is a great host first and foremost. He was very responsive and accommodating. During my first night, we had a hiccup with the air conditioner not working and he worked very quickly to get it repaired for the rest of my trip. The house looks just like the pictures which I thought was great. Would definitely recommend this home. Also, I love the amount of space that you have if you’re staying in a big group.

Very peaceful and clean environment, host was responsive and polite, and even went out of their way to assist us when we had accidentally locked ourselves out during a midnight medical emergency. Sent a message with the expectation that a response won’t come in until some hours later due to it being midnight, but each time I’ve messaged this host, day or night, they were exceptionally quick to respond. Overall the experience was very positive. Would recommend both this Airbnb and this host.

We had a wonderful stay! From start to finish, everything was seamless. Alicia was incredibly responsive and friendly. She lives downstairs, but you’d never know unless you happen to run into her and if you do, she’s a total gem. Talking with her feels like reconnecting with an old friend. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, and exactly as described. There was plenty of room to relax, and the home was thoughtfully stocked, including toiletries in the bathrooms, which was a great touch. The backyard was a highlight. It was perfect for gathering with family and friends. It’s a great space to unwind and spend quality time outdoors. A fun bonus: Alicia let us try her new Ninja grill, which was awesome! We had so much fun using it that now my family wants one too. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would not hesitate to come back. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway!

This was a beautiful place, definitely worth it, Bobby and co host were very helpful and responsive. Very quiet and private space. Back yard was closed off and private. Will definitely recommend this to anyone staying in NY especially if staying close to bronx, queens manhattan. I’ll come back for sure

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful apartment. The perfect space for our family and dog to explore the NJ/NY area. Centrally located with a great outdoor space it met all of our needs. Our host was quick to replay with any questions. We would stay here again and recommend it to others as well.

The street itself was very quiet and calm, and the subway is a short walk away. We ate lunch at two different restaurants nearby, and both meals were wonderful. We were pretty busy during our stay and didn't use the common space outside, but it was very inviting. Almost like a second living room. The people who were staying above us were a bit loud, but that was really the only negative.

We enjoyed every minute of this stay! The beds were the comfiest we’ve ever stayed in! The home was clean. Cute. Charming. Kristen communicated very quickly! Would for sure stay here again! Highly recommend!

A great value. The space was comfortable even during an intense heatwave thanks to the powerful AC. Clean as a whistle. Great kitchen and nice living room. The location is super. The street is very quiet with very little traffic even though its just half a block from a main road. Half a block away are two great coffee shops, a bagel place that opens very early, an Indian restaurant, and a big quick mart. Tierney's which is an old Montclair standby (burgers, beer, and sports TV) is also just up the street. The Van Vleck garden which is one of the most beautiful public gardens I've ever seen (including the best of NYC, the UK, and upstate NY) is just a block and a half away. You can easily walk to Bloomfield Avenue which is packed with excellent restaurants. Parking for at least one car is provided. The host is very friendly and responsive. We spent almost 2 weeks. I could have happily spent 20.

Absolutely stunning apartment with an insane view of NYC! Beautiful amenities in the apartment, was excited to come back to it after a day exploring NYC. Would stay again and recommend others to stay. Valerie was a great host, very accomodating and responsive on message.

The Nordic Cabin was the perfect setting for my husband and I to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary. The cabin is beautiful and the modern design, furnishings, and decor really stand out. Instructions of how to get into the cabin and the pitcures provided made check in and check out a breeze. The kitchen was well stocked. A bottle of white wine and a few treats were left for us. The kitchen offered different spices, oils, milk, and eggs. Kitchen utensils, pots/pans, dishes, cups, glasses, etc are provided, as well as cleaning supplies. The bathroom was stocked with toiletries. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the cozy living room and slept well in the beautiful bedroom. Last, I have to say that the first time we opened the gate at night, after dinner in Warwick, and saw all of the outdoor lights on, really made it feel like we were entering an enchanted garden. Would definitely come back!! Thank you Kamil and Margaret!!

Julie was an amazing host! I felt that everything she had to offer was spot on! Greenwood Lake is a beautiful place and we wanted to stay longer! This place is a photographers dream! When we arrived check in was easy! The place was as described and clean! We can’t wait to bring our family back! Julie does have rules in place for check out that we followed and they were easy! I’m a firm believer in a host setting rules for people to keep their place in tip top shape and enjoyable for the next guests! We cannot wait to book with Julie again! Thank you so much!!

Very cozy, private, clean and feellikehome spot. Beautiful house on the lake with everything you need. Definitely would stay there again and recommend to everyone who is looking forward for a little getaway from busy life. This beautiful Cabin was just magical. We walked in and right away felt at ease and got the sense that we were on vacation. This home is beautifully appointed and has a sense of nostalgia with the original woodwork mixed with modern and upscale finishes. There was immense attention to detail in the atmosphere, and a flow to the home. I appreciated it very much. Our hosts were very responsive to all communication and we felt well cared for. We were welcomed with a lovely gift of coffee from a local roaster and we enjoyed it over the course of our stay. It rained the entire time we were there but it didn't put a damper on our stay at all as being inside this cabin was enough to keep us content. Great views of the lake were really great to enjoy from the enclosed sunroom. Thankful for the opportunity.

This place was absolutely perfect! Exactly what we were looking for to refresh, relax, and unwind. Great place to charge the batteries and reset. Beautiful home and yard. Peaceful and great views to go with. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone staying in this area.

We had a great stay! The house is very nice, with a spacious backyard and plenty of things to do inside. The kitchen was well-equipped and made cooking easy and enjoyable. Clinton was quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. The grass was a bit high. Also, just a friendly reminder to be cautious about insects—we did find a few ticks on ourselves and our dogs. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and appreciated the peaceful setting and thoughtful amenities.

Mays was wonderful! Very responsive and communicative. The cabin was beautiful, relaxing and peaceful. Loved the waterfalls and surrounding area. Would definitely go back if ever in the area again and highly recommend.
