Direct connection to hiking trails! Additional information: Self-catering hut - bed linen is available - you will have to bring linens and covers as well as towels. There is no final cleaning fee, so please leave the place swept clean!

Lake Ossiachersee can be reached in 25 minutes by car.In winter, you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski area. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is in 2 minutes walking distance. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time.
