Cozy apartment is a modern, clean, and incredibly cozy place to stay with a view of beautiful mountains and even a bit of the lake. In front of the house, there is free parking, outdoor chill space, and a garden. The house is located in a peaceful residential area, only 5 minutes away from the lake and 30 minutes walk from the city centre. We also provide bicycles which make the transportation enjoyable and fast. For easier further exploration we strongly recommend you rent a car.

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiachersee can be reached in 25 minutes by car.In winter, you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski area. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is in 2 minutes walking distance. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. In 20 minutes you can reach the women's downhill skiing in the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski resort or the thermal spas of the surrounding area.
