Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Berat County

We stayed at An's place for 3 nights. The hosts are super lovely (even though they don't speak English). They gave us flowers, oranges and homemade jam from the garden☺️. It's a spacious home, garden is beautiful and peaceful. It's just a short walk to the centre. Thanks again for having us.

This apartment was sparkling clean, well organized and in a great location! LOVED the family restaurant next door. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Berat!

Ein Erlebnis! In einem historischen Haus mitten in der Altstadt von Berat. Grandiose Aussicht vom Balkon! Ein Schlafzimmer hat nur ein Oberlicht (kann nicht geöffnet oder abgedunkelt werden). Parken am besten in der Supermarkt-Tiefgarage (8€/Tag), von dort sind es ca 5-7 min zu Fuß. Dori hat uns empfangen und uns die Geschichte des Hauses näher gebracht. Zudem gab es Tipps für die Umgebung. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Emplacement incroyable en plein coeur de la citadelle. Le jardin est vraiment très agréable et la vue depuis les fenêtres était superbe. Petit bémol avec le système de distribution d'eau très bruyant qui peut rendre la cohabitation à plusieurs compliquée.

Всего одна ночь в гостях у Флоры и Гектора оставила в памяти ярчайший след! Эти удивительные люди умеют за несколько часов создать атмосферу, которую другие не смогут повторить и за неделю. С первой минуты мы ощутили искреннее гостеприимство. Флора сразу угостила нас напитками и десертом, а после, Гектор с радостью показал окрестности. Вечером нас ждал невероятно вкусный домашний ужин из продуктов с их огорода. Каждая ложка передавала заботу и тепло хозяйских рук! Помимо прочего, Гектор и Флора прекрасные собеседники. И даже несмотря на то, что мы говорили на разных языках, зачастую понимали друг друга без переводчика. Их гостеприимство настолько естественно, что к утру мы чувствовали себя не гостями, а их родственниками! И хотя наш визит был коротким, впечатления остались самые теплые. Чистота, удобная кровать, тишина деревенской ночи и петухи по утру - всё сложилось в идеальную картину настоящей Албании. Мы безумно благодарны им, за каплю домашнего уюта в нашем путешествии!

We kregen een warm welkom van Bruna. Het appartement is onder haar huis, dus ze is er altijd om je te helpen. Hele fijne communicatie. Ruim en schoon appartement met comfortabele bedden, schone keuken en badkamer. Als extra heeft dit appartement een wasmachine! Makkelijk gratis parkeren op eigen terrein, supermarkten om de hoek. Wij reden met de auto naar old town/castle/Gorice in 5min, maar je kan het ook makkelijk wandelen. Wij raden dit appartement zeker aan!

We stayed for a month at Renato’s place and we found here everything we needed. The apartment was very clean and had all the essential you could need. We really enjoyed the balcony with an amazing view especially during sunsets. However, there are some things to mention. The bed is a bit squeaky so if you are moving a lot during sleep it could wake you up. Also, in neighbourhood there is a dog that barked very aggressively every night so that we needed to use earplugs. It seemed that nobody else was concerned by the dog behaviour. The location was perfect for us since we could have nice 10 minute walk to the city centre. In vicinity there are shops like Elsea and Big market and local bakery Dimali, which was superb.

Astrit’s place in Berat was the perfect blend of comfort and tradition. The hospitality was incredible, the views breathtaking, and it truly felt like a home away from home. I’m grateful for the unforgettable experience!

Die Wohnung von Jonida war kurz und knapp zusammengefasst: sehr gut! In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft waren ein gut sortierter Supermarkt, ein Bäcker und einige Cafés/Bars die vorwiegend von den Bewohnern in der Umgebung besucht werden. Das Zentrum von Berat lag fußläufig gut 10 Minuten entfernt. Wir können die Wohnung von Jonida uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!!!

amazing apartment at the top of the building. furniture, appliances, bedding, everything was great. the big bathroom is especially nice Manjola was extremely helpful and responsive, she even helped us get medicine for one of our friends who was ill. special mention for the private parking spot as it would have been very difficult to park around the apartment without it 10/10 recommend!!

Realmente uno de los mejores alojamientos en nuestro viaje, súper limpio, increíblemente cómodo , habitaciones, cocina , living y balcones grandes , ubicado en la peatonal, cerca de restaurantes y supermercado, el ruido de afuera no es un problema ya que tiene ventanas y puertas que bloquean perfectamente el sonido. Floren y Najda fueron realmente amables, gracias por su ayuda en todo momento, lo recomendamos totalmente.

Je recommande fortement ce logement! Brami et sa femme sont des hôtes formidables. Ils nous ont préparé un petit déjeuner délicieux. Le logement est super, le lit confortable, la climatisation fonctionne bien. L'emplacement est à mi-chemin entre la station de bus et les quartiers de Mangalem et de Gorica. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Merci!

We hadden een goed verblijf. Centraal in Berat. Dicht bij voorzieningen. Tip: comfortabele stoelen voor buiten hebben we gemist. De woonkamer/keuken stond wel erg vol.

Ho prenotato per una notte per visitare Berat in giornata. La posizione è ottima in una zona tranquilla e con il centro accessibile a piedi. Proprio dietro casa vi sono molti buoni ristoranti. A pochi passi è possibile andare a visitare la bellissima Berat. L'appartamento è moderno, molto pulito e la camera da letto è davvero bellissima con un letto molto comodo! Il nostro host è stato gentile e disponibile. Consiglierei a tutti di fermarsi da Ervis! Grazie

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Ona’s place! From the moment I booked, she was incredibly friendly and quick to respond to all my questions. She was always just a message away, and her responses were lightning-fast. The property was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. And it is right in the heart of city close to the town and i would recommend it for sure.

Staying in this apartment was an amazing experience. Elona and her parents were incredibly friendly and welcoming - some of the best hosts we’ve ever encountered on Airbnb. Their hospitality was outstanding, and they made us feel right at home. The apartment itself was immaculate - everything was super clean and well-maintained. Getting there was also straightforward. From Tirana, you can take a bus to Berat from the South and North Bus Terminal in the north of the city. Bus line 5/B from the city center will get you there easily. The buses run regularly, and the trip takes about 2 hours. Once in Berat, it’s a short city bus ride to Elona’s place. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. Highly recommended!

logement bien situé, confortable avec une très belle vue depuis la chambre. les parents de Katherine sont des amours, la maman nous a offert du pain fait maison et du fromage . je recommande ce logement

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was spotless and nicely decorated, we immediately felt at home. The room is the perfect size with all the amenities you need. You can walk straight up the hill to get to the castle, or 10 minutes around the corner to reach a lot of the shops and restaurants. Our hosts were lovely and flexible with check-in.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich mit frischem Obst empfangen und haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt! Der Ausblick, die vielen Blumen, die Sauberkeit... alles super! Man kann von dort sehr entspannt zur Festung laufen und von dort hat man einen super Ausblick. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und bedanken uns 😊

Was exactly as described. Just know that it’s on the 4th floor and there’s no elevator- not a problem for us but might be for someone else! The AC unit is only in the master bedroom- again was not an issue for us. The dad picked us up from the terminal free of charge. The parents sell fruits/vegetables at the bottom of building, they were always offering coffee. They are sweet. Super clean 15-18 minutes walk to the bridge Host was super responsive, helped us with all the local things to do / transport I would recommend a stay
