Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

The beautiful beaches of Katwijk and Noordwijk are only half an hour away. For people who love the outdoors; there are many cycling and hiking possibilities close by. Beautiful house in the middle of nature and at the same time within cycling distance of the historic center of Leiden, the oldest university city in the Netherlands. The area offers ample opportunities for extensive cycling routes. In addition, within walking distance (800m) is a brasserie where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. We also offer the opportunity to explore both the Vliet and surrounding lakes and the center of Leiden on a luxury sloop, in consultation a lot is possible.

Relax and unwind in this luxury loft on the Hollandse IJssel within walking distance of Gouda. Suitable for three adults. Bedroom with double bed and separate cozy bedstee. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and a waterfront terrace for wonderful outdoor dining and relaxation. The cozy loft is equipped with fast WiFi, smart TV in living room and bedroom, air fryer, washer/dryer, private workspace and sup board. Ideal location for hiking, biking and culture and remote working.

Huize Pastoria: sleeping on the 2nd floor

We have stylishly decorated the 2nd floor of the former Pastorie. The total area is about 60 m2. The apartment has 3 rooms, a large bedroom, a bathroom with bath/shower and toilet. A large living room with kitchen and a luxury 2-person sofa bed. Our guests are allowed to use the front garden. Cities such as Leiden, Zoetermeer, The Hague, Amsterdam and Rotterdam are easily accessible. You can enjoy hiking and biking. Breakfast is only possible in exceptional cases.

Stay in the old village of Zoetermeer in a unique spacious farmhouse "De Vlaming" of 150 years old! Just around the corner of the old and the new city centre (Stadshart) lies this authentic farmhouse. A unique location, where you are always close by car to The Hague (15min.), Rotterdam ( 25 min.), Utrecht (35min.), Amsterdam CS (50 min.) and Schiphol (40min.) and Delft and Leiden within cycling distance.

Studio at alpacafarm (AlpaCasa)

Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek, Bloem and Saar and mini donkeys Bram and Smoky who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.
