We like to welcome you in our lovely renovated apartment.It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom (ca 90qm) The center can be reached in 10min, Potsdam is 50min away, Berlin ca 90min. Just 300m from us you find the bus station, also near by is a super market, the Castle of Plaue and a park. We are right near the water, you are welcome to bring your kayak or a bike. It can be left in the yard, when not used. There is plenty of free parking on the street.

Small but nice, chic little studio for two

Welcome! A modern furnished, small studio awaits you on the upper ground floor of a two-family house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: A capsule coffee maker, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob and fridge. The view overlooks our beautiful garden. Bicycles can be parked there. The car can be parked directly in front of the house. In 10 minutes you are by bike in the beautiful city center or in 15 minutes at the nearest lake. Not a central location!

Idyllically located in a very small village, you can enjoy nature from here, take long walks through the forest or to the water. The house offers a cozy, bright and serene atmosphere. We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and is easily reachable by train. In 2013 we had the opportunity to purchase a property right on the water. Next to our now completely renovated detached house, the cottage located directly on the water is also located on the property, which has now also been partially renovated.

As a professional violin maker, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish baroque elements from the origin of the house combine with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to get as much of the original substance as possible. Whole warning: A low ceiling beams dating back to 1775 crosses the space.
