THE HOUSE AT THE END OF THE WORLD. No, not quite but nice away from the everyday hustle and bustle. Our holiday property ( house with 2 apartments with respective separate entrance ) is located on the outskirts of Benneckenstein , right on the Rappbode. 4500 sqm property also leads to the campfire , camping and in winter for tobogganing on your own toboggan slope. The house only serves as a holiday property So it doesn't have a permanent tenant. Since dogs are allowed in both apartments, we ask to be considerate to each other.

Our listed half-timbered house was built over 200 years ago and is freshly renovated. As a contrast to the historic wooden facade, we have designed the interior to be modern and cozy. Our apartment 1 is located on the first floor of the house and is about 50 square meters. The large garden allows you to recharge your batteries or let off steam. Direct access to the terrace. Garden furniture with private seating and barbecue facilities invite you to linger. The views of the castle and the Ilsetal are picturesque.

Enjoy the spacious natural stone terrace, modern kitchen, cozy living room with UHD TV and fireplace, as well as a stylish bathroom. Two parking spaces and bicycles are available by arrangement. Discover the nearby summer toboggan run with climbing forest, in summer the outdoor pool and the reservoir with unique hiking trails. Perfect for relaxation and adventure in nature. A trampoline is also available for the children.

Angeboten wird ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit separatem Eingang und maximaler Privatsphäre. Weiterhin kann die Sauna gegen Aufpreis (15€ p.P und Tag )genutzt werden. Die Bezahlung erfolgt vor Ort. Haustiere sind bei uns gerne gesehen. Für die Endreinigung fallen 25€ an. Die Lage ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

In addition, the floor has a separate suite (accessible from the hallway) with its own bathroom and small kitchen is also available to you!

We warmly welcome you to our apartment "Zur Ellernmühle" in the resort town of Bad Suderode in the Harz Mountains, a district of the UNESCO World Heritage city of Quedlinburg. We would be delighted to welcome you as a guest in our house, whether it is to simply unwind in our pretty health resort and have a good time or to become active and discover the diverse cultural and sports opportunities of the area.

Enjoy the sounds of nature as you stay at this special place. In the cozy yurt, there is a 1.40 m double bed and a single bed. A toilet and shower (with hot water, of course!) are available in the sanitary area on the premises. A sauna with a wood-burning stove and panoramic views of the river is also available to all guests. There are many hiking trails and interesting sights to see nearby.

Vacation home "Chestnut" with balcony

The apartment has 2.5 rooms, is about 60 square meters and can accommodate up to 3 people who like open, bright living. The built-in kitchen is brand new. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub and invites you to relax after a day of hiking or skiing. A highlight is the balcony. You look at the chestnut avenue that gave the apartment its name.

The "bedroom" - apartment in Hahnenklee

In a relaxed private atmosphere, we offer a cozy 75 m² apartment on the 2nd floor of our house, (separate entrance) with large living-dining area and balcony, large bedroom also with balcony, 2 additional bedrooms with single beds and small bathroom with tub. So you can comfortably stay in a total of 3 bedrooms with 4 people.

Vacation home in the Tierhaus in the Harz Mountains

Welcome to our small, cozy apartment in our animal house. Our animal house is a meeting place for people and animals, (horses, mini pigs, raccoons, dog, cat and chickens). From our location you can take many excursions, explore the great, wooded area, as well as cultural activities, e.g. in nearby Quedlinburg and Thale.
