Welcome to Vista Verde - A wonderful place to relax, for weeks on end! This charming villa is located among groves of orange, lemon, almond and olive trees, all growing on terraces built by the Moors 400 years ago. The scenery is spectacular, with the fruit trees, panoramic views of the mountains, a view of the Mediterranean sea and sunshine all day. The villa is an original stone house, authentic to the region, that has been fully renovated. It is situated on its own with complete privacy.

Come and enjoy nature and the tranquility of a village in the mountains. Our accommodation is perfect for a couple, but with the sofa bed you can come with the kids or even two couples. We are 100 meters from the village, with an atmosphere where you can breathe in peace and quiet. In the front garden, there are some trees, an orchard, and a maze with 700 cypresses. Behind is the terrace where you can take in the views of the Cavall Verd mountain, where breakfast will be a spectacle.

Finca Bienchen is a three-bedroomed Finca (country house) with a private infinity pool, set atop its own valley overlooking the village of Relleu, and Moorish ruins, in the Alicante region on the Costa Blanca. We have an outdoor covered dining terrace, sun terrace, open fire, BBQ (local outdoor fire restrictions permitting) & covered outdoor tables by the pool. Relleu village is a 15-minute walk/5-minute drive down the valley, Villa Joyosa is a 25-minute drive.

The house is very close to the village of Xaló (you can walk) but at the same time enjoy the tranquility and peace of the mountain. Newly renovated and premiered in summer 2018, you'll have all the comforts of an exclusive home. In summer 2020, it was renovated so that guests can enjoy the covered terrace and a swimming pool (alberca) was built for summer days.
