Our refurbished stone tiny house has loads of character, it's located next to the famous castel of Guadalest & the moutain views from the plot are breathtaking. The house is beautiful with a nice swimming pool set in wonderful well maintained gardens. It is a joy to have food at a table and have these wonderful views and colours. Everything in the house is in an excellent condition. The place is quiet and well located for sightseeing and walking the area. We had some issues with wifi due to a wasp nest on a receiver, which were promptly resolved. There is an air conditioning unit in the big bedroom, kitchen and only a fan in a small bedroom, which maybe too little for some when it is hotter. The air temperatures there are a few degrees higher than on the coast. There are many midges and mosquitoes, especially in the evening, so it is helpful to use an insect repellant. I missed having a washing machine (I knew it was not available at the time of the booking) , which would have been perfect to use in the hot weather. The owners are very nice and helpful, providing total privacy to their guests.

Everything as shown! If you want peace, quiet and relaxation with nice kitchen, grill and nice restaurants within 20 to 40 min, this is a GREAT place. The views are beautiful 24/7 & responsive host. Would stay again if given the opportunity.

Spacious and cozy house

It is true that the treatment was impeccable the new mattresses, we slept very well, the house inside is freshly renovated, but the facade was still in process and there was a missing kitchenware, also butano in the stove upstairs, but for sure that for next tenants that is solved, if something was missing immediately I brought it from their house, outside of that all wonderful!

The best hosts you could ask for! We were very lucky to stay with a very loving host couple – and what can we say? It was just perfect. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed, with a loving welcome gesture: wine, snacks and even treats for our dog – including a food bowl! The accommodation itself is furnished with incredible taste and attention to detail. There is really nothing missing: from coffee amenities (even with cookies!) to little extras that make the stay special. The hosts not only provided comfort, but also provided us with a small program of activities and restaurant tips nearby – super helpful and personally compiled. The location is fantastic: quiet, with great views, close to charming villages, small shops and the beach. Great for hiking too. These two people are the word hospitality.

Lovely house with beautifully manicured garden and nice swimming pool. Nicely decorated and it breathed tranquility. Wonderful place to stay with our family. It is not within walking distance of restaurants, but they can be reached by car within 10 minutes. The beds are good and it is very quiet.

The location right on the water is fantastic. Small grocery stores right around the corner. 2-3 good restaurants also right around the corner. Charming villa with stylish details. Hosts Mario and Sara were very helpful. Distance to Valencia by public transport a little far: a total of 1.5 hours Beach Bar Punta Negra highly recommended: 15 minutes' walk from the villa along the beach We were 8 ladies and had 4 super nice days :-) Thanks Mario and Sara
