This is a perfect "old-school" rather than corporate AirBnB. Rakel and her husband Edo and their family live in the building and they are wonderfully attentive and helpful. You can certainly disappear to your room if you want privacy, but you'll probably want to chat with Rakel and get her recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. They have lovingly restored the entire old-town building and our room was perfect and a great value. Xativa is sleepy during the day, but in the evening the squares are full of life. A most enjoyable stay!

Ana’s place is the perfect getaway for an oasis. Only 30 minutes from Valencia and you come home to absolute paradise! I really appreciated her addressing all my needs and she reacting quickly if anything had arose. I really recommend Ana’s place and I cannot wait to come back!!! Don’t think twice; book her apt!!

Un excellent petit appartement mais très bien équipé. les contacts, du début à la fin ont été parfait et l'accueil très amical. Une confiance réciproque digne de mention. L'emplacement est très calme, l'immeuble aussi. La possibilité de stationner dans le garage est un énorme plus. Station de tram à 5 minutes à pied. J'ai passé une dizaine de jours et de nuits reposants. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour personne seule ou couple. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir comme chez soi.

Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos. Super Lage, ein kleiner Supermarkt der lange geöffnet ist, keine 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Strand ist fast vor der Haustür, was richtig super ist. Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft völlig in Ordnung, wirklich wenig zu bemängeln - die Bettwäsche hat leider nicht wirklich frisch gewirkt. Das Einzige ist, dass der Kampfhund der Nachbarin einen mit aggressivem Gebelle empfängt und verabschiedet, was für Kinder vielleicht etwas einschüchternd sein kann.

The apartment was as described, location right at the beach which is a dream. Very nice opportunities to sit outside, either on the private balcony or on the rooftop. It is shared but each apartment has their own space. It was also clean. A car is absolutely necessary. The next supermarket is around 5 minutes by car but walking would be really far, as the apartment is located in a small village. Would absolutely recommend, just be aware that you will require a car and there is not much around. However great apartment for relaxing, enjoying the beach especially for a family

Recensione: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Appartamento davvero confortevole, accogliente e ben tenuto. Mi sono sentita subito a casa. La posizione è perfetta, comoda per muoversi e visitare la zona, ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla. Un ringraziamento speciale al proprietario, una persona davvero carina e gentile, sempre disponibile e attenta. Ha reso tutto ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo!

С чистым сердцем рекомендую!!! Приветливая хозяйка встретила нас в 22.30, всё показала рассказала. Квартира чистая, постель безупречно белая, полотенца белые и пушистые. В кухне всё - техника, посуда, полотенички. Душ упакован- гели, шампуни, кондиционер для волос, фен. Бегал маленький,,хозяин- пылесос,, всегда чисто без всяких усилий. До пляжа 2 минуты. Магазины, кофейни, фруктовые и мясные лавки ,ресторанчики повсюду. До супермаркета 5 минут, рядом с супермаркетом автобусная остановка. Автобус едет прямо в центр Валенсии. Всё просто идеально!!!

We were so happy to stay at the Imperial Apartamentos Valencia. The hosts were really responsive with any questions we had. They were helpful with an earlier check in which was perfect as it was so hot when we arrived by train. The apartment was spotless and elegantly designed and well maintained. The keypad for entry was so good. No need to take keys with us. In all, we were so happy to stay there and would recommend to anyone.

El piso era tal cual se describía, la estancia es cómoda y te sientes como en casa. Las vistas son amplias y con una paisaje de montaña de fondo. La anfitriona era muy atenta y rápida respondiendo nuestras dudas y mensajes, excelente comunicación.

A very spacious, clean, quiet, well appointed apartment in a wonderful location. Host met us at the street door to greet us. Good local shops including a Lidl & a Mercardo. Opposite the old Colon Mercado ( with bars & restaurants) and easy walking to the old river and all the facilities. Nice vegetarian restaurant in the next street. Nearest Metro station at the end of the street is Colon with easy access to all other metro lines and airport.

Wij hebben twee geweldige weken gehad in Cullera en appartement was fantastisch. Super mooi uitzicht, rustig, van alles voorzien en ochtendzon. Je hebt wel absoluut een auto nodig om bij het appartement te komen en kunt daar prima parkeren. Je rijdt de berg af en bent gelijk bij een heel mooi strand en met vijf minuten ben je bij de Consum supermarkt. Het is vijftien minuten naar het station in Cullera, waar er elk half uur een trein naar Valencia gaat. Het openbaar vervoer is zowat gratis, daar kun je niet zelf tegen rijden. Er loopt een hele mooie wandelroute van zo'n 14 km achter langs het appartement over de berg en deze komt ook langs het kasteel in Cullera. Onderaan de berg links en dan 10 minuten lopen zitten de restaurants Benavent en Mare e Monti, in Cullera centrum zit Desi en verder naar zuiden bij de rivier zit Casa Salvador. Vicente en Gonzalo, nogmaals bedankt en misschien tot ziens.

Carls Apartment is in the perfect spot to explore Valencia. We worked remotely a couple of days and basically spent the whole day on the terrace! The sunroof is perfect to give you a nice cosy spot to work while having a great view. The apartment was also very clean and it was really easy to communicate with Carl. Can recommend!

Oscar is a fantastic host — helpful, kind, and incredibly responsive. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Correu tudo bem, a Lesya foi sempre bastante amigável e disponível e só por isso já vale o preço. Para os mais distraídos como nós, a piscina é partilhada. De resto tudo ótimo.

El departamenro de Justo fue amor a primera vista y no defraudo. Ademas de todas las comodidades q ofrece tiene un piano en la sala que para cualquier aficionado (como es el caso de nuestra familia) fue un plus. Justo es muy abierto y bondadoso con su espacio, comparte su hogar y sus bienes como si sus huespedes fueran familia. Te deja su musica, sus libros, sus bebidas con total confianza. Nos recibio con un aperitivo al llegar y estuvo en contacto previo a cada momento. El departamento tiene aire acondicionado en cada ambiente, ban̈os completo en cada habitacion. Lavadora, lavavajilla. Te deja elementos de playa, espacio en sus placares. Tiene agua filtrada en el grifo q parece una pavada pero resuelve enormemente la logística diaria. Se encuentra a distancia a pie de la Ciudad de la Ciencias y el Parque Gulliver. En fin, sin duda lo recomiendo y volveria (es cierto q tiene un tema de olor al accionar el ban̈o principal pero me temo que q un tema generalizado de Valencia y no propio)

La ubicación excelente y el ático maravilloso, tal cual como estaba en las fotos y las descripciones. Nos ha gustado mucho, seguro regresaremos si venimos a Denia nuevamente.

Everything was nice, we just didnt like the strong parfume smell from those sticks, which we placed outside during our stay. It was clean, they welcomed us with wine and beer in the fridge which is a nice touch, thanks. Good thing is that they provided a beach chair and an sunshade which we used at a beach. Host is nice and responsive, location is great, and we would book again!

Dit was onze tweede keer in het appartement, de vorige keer verbleven we hier in de winter, maar nu met het mooie weer was het nóg aangenamer. De zonsopgang in de slaapkamer is fenomenaal. We waren er als koppel met onze baby, en hebben echt genoten van de rust (geen renovatiewerken meer in de buurt!) en het gezellige terrasje beneden. Het strand is gigantisch waardoor er altijd voldoende plek is om rustig te genieten. De bakker vlak onder het appartement is een zaligheid voor een heerlijk ontbijt. Alles was opnieuw kraaknet en comfortabel. We komen zonder twijfel een derde keer terug!

We had a pleasant stay at Adrian's apartment. Everything looked like in the pictures - the flat is pretty spacious with comfortable and stylish furniture. The neighborhood is really calm, which is a big plus, and is very near to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit are just several minutes walk. We had a great communication with Adrian and he was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this place again if I would go to Valencia in the future. All in all we had a very nice experience!
