Our refurbished stone tiny house has loads of character, it's located next to the famous castel of Guadalest & the moutain views from the plot are breathtaking. Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

The Guadalest Terrace

Escape the daily grind in this unique and relaxing accommodation. Enjoy the best views of Guadalest, the sun, the mountains, and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance. You'll have a spacious terrace all to yourself, with complete privacy. The apartment is equipped for three people, with air conditioning and heating, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen: oven, capsule coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, etc. It's on the 2nd floor, no elevator.

Come and enjoy nature and the tranquility of a village in the mountains. Our accommodation is perfect for a couple, but with the sofa bed you can come with the kids or even two couples. We are 100 meters from the village, with an atmosphere where you can breathe in peace and quiet. In the front garden, there are some trees, an orchard, and a maze with 700 cypresses. Behind is the terrace where you can take in the views of the Cavall Verd mountain, where breakfast will be a spectacle.

Very close to the sea, on a 1,000-meter-high plot from which you can enjoy nature and spectacular views of the Mediterranean through large windows. Light and color. Old olive trees, bougainvilleas, and oleanders. Everything is very simple. The only luxury you will find is what your senses will provide. The space is completely self-contained. Electricity is provided by solar panels, and water comes from a cistern. Of course, pets are welcome guests at Finca NANKURUNAISA.

The apartment is located 200 meters from the town's old part. It is a third floor with southeast orientation. It has 1 master bedroom with a bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room with an Italian-opening sofa bed. The whole apartment has laminate flooring. The main jewel is its terrace, where you can enjoy wonderful moments, overlooking the mountains of Aitana and Aixortà, and in the background the peak of Bernia and the sea. We hope you love it.
