I unfortunately couldn't offer a score higher than 5 stars for the app for lack of option, I would give 10/10 if I could. - Esdras was extremely cordial, welcomed us very well and always answered me clearly and promptly. - The apartment is very spacious, sofa, full kitchenware, air-conditioning, comfortable bed, proper cleaning, shower with ideal temperature adjustment, quiet environment that can only hear the sound of Rio/Waterfall. It has an incredible view of the two bedrooms, living room and kitchen for those who like to wash dishes, which also has temperature regulation on the faucet. The ad is as advertised and praised, with vintage and romantic touch. - The location and privileged view, close to great restaurants, in front of the building has a gas station that has the best chocolate brownie I've ever tasted in my life, with polite and friendly attendants. - It was an amazing experience, Esdras. The loft is new, super well decorated and very functional. Bed and towels are of good quality. The stay was quiet and very comfortable. Its location is great, and it is possible to walk to the main attractions. We were delighted with the loft and the city.

Sandro's apartment is super comfortable and spacious. We were very well accommodated. Hot bath, comfortable bed, tips on nearby places are printed in the apartment and help a lot. The location is very good. Quiet street one block from Allespark and easy access to the downtown area, which can also be easily reached on foot. Leaving the car in the garage and walking around is amazing. We had a 2-year-old baby and Sandro left a crib and bathtub in the apartment, which makes the stay much easier. We loved the apartment, location, the host's cordiality and the city. We'll be back!

Jenifer's house is wonderful; extremely clean and cozy. The location is perfect, close to everything, even because the city is small. I just missed a TV and hair dryer, but that didn't overshadow our stay. We stayed on the Corpus Christi holiday. Congratulations Jenifer!!!!

The stay went well, the house is as shown in the listing, my family liked it. The city is super touristy and has several things to do. Ricardo was a great host and is always willing to do whatever is needed!

House exactly as described in the listing. Well located, spacious and close to the main attractions of the city. I had some minor maintenance issues, but the hosts were extremely thoughtful and resolved quickly. Great choice for family travelers!

The experience was incredible! It exceeded all our expectations. The house was clean, smelling, and organized. We were pampered with chocolates. The refrigerator was stocked with food to prepare a delicious breakfast. The house also has a filter that provides hot and cold water. Mariza is a great host. Anyway, the benefits matched the cost. We will return whenever possible!

Everything is very clean and organized, within what we expect for a great stay. Mattresses in great condition, doors and latches without noise (great with a child or baby). Claus was very attentive and welcomed us very well. Wonderful weekend.

Great house. The finishes are all in porcelain, it has a TV that looks like a movie theater, it has a lot of space in the outdoor area and modern appliances. Jaqueline was very helpful with what we needed. I definitely recommend it!
