Nice place to stay in mohammedia, close to all amenities, a perfect place for a family, quiet and spacious, identical to the description. Nabil was very responsive to all my questions, a place to recommend in mohammedia. We had a pleasant stay.

A real favorite! The accommodation is even better than in the photos: spacious, very clean and ideally located a stone's throw from the sea. You fall asleep with the sound of waves and wake up to a soothing landscape — the dream! The host was very responsive and attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would recommend it without so much as a second thought, and I hope to have the opportunity to return very soon. Thank you for this perfect break!

Breathtaking area, beautiful house, amazing views, comfortable sleeping and lounging, and spotless clean. Easy to get to, good for relaxing and catching your breath in between intense days of traveling - with the perfect amount of privacy. The house is tastefully furnished with heirloom pieces, and well taken care of. We loved the olive trees on the property and drinking coffee on the patio. The host was very nice and knowledgeable. Next time will add some extra days

Excellent stay at AZ’s villa, spent some time with my family there and everyone had a great time, plenty of space, 4 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, very large terrace with a BBQ, there was even a swimming pool which was not included in the description, although it was not very clean but i guess it’s normal as there might not have been enough time between the previous guest and us to clean it properly, the beach is 3 minutes walk away, beautiful sunset. I would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking to spend some time near the beach but also in a very quiet neighbourhood and super safe. Thanks.

Very nice house in a small quiet alley as we like them in Les Sablettes. The house is 2 steps from the beach, easy to access, there are also small grocery stores very close and a beautiful sunny terrace.

Never been to a more peaceful place

A real little piece of heaven! The house was impeccable, clean and perfectly maintained. Surrounded by magnificent nature, between preserved fauna and flora, it's a feast for the eyes. The greatest joy was the presence of the animals, a real return to the essentials. And what to say about Boujemaa, the caretaker: a golden person, welcoming, caring, of rare kindness. It really marked our stay and made us want to come back very soon. Nothing to say, everything was perfect.

We had a great 3 night stay with the family. Madame Fatima welcomed us very warmly, with kindness and availability. The apartment is nice, clean, well decorated and very well located in a quiet and secure residence. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely garden flat! The location is amazing – peaceful, safe, and beautifully maintained. My family had such a great time. The kids enjoyed playing tennis and table tennis, going on walks in the area, and spending time in the kids’ zone. The beach being right inside the residence (no road to cross!) was a huge bonus, and we really enjoyed the beachside restaurant. The pool was also lovely and never too crowded, perfect for relaxing. The flat offered great value for money – clean, comfortable, and quiet. Omar is a great host – very helpful and welcoming, always quick to respond. Everything was just so easy and enjoyable. We felt at home from the start and truly appreciated the peaceful environment. We would definitely love to return as soon as we can. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a calm and convenient beach getaway!

The place is just stunning, exactly what I needed, falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing is just pure relaxation. I recommend both the place and the host, Fatiha was super friendly, she even left me a basket of fruits. Im deffo coming back ! PS: if you decide to stay at the property please make sure to feed the 2 tortoises in the garden

Very good stay with Tayaa. the studio is ideally located, directly on the beach, with a beautiful terrace offering a beautiful view. The spot is perfect for fishing lovers, quiet and well exposed. Tayaa is a super friendly and very helpful host, always available to meet the needs. I highly recommend it!
