Our home is in the historical center in a small village in the heart of the city!We have a private car parking with sizes 2x4.90 (included in the price). You don't need pass Ztl to arrive by car. Rooms with private bathroom and air conditioner. "House Nubia" is in the San Frediano district... "the coolest neighborhood of the world" (by Lonely Planet). Ponte vecchio is located just 10 minutes on foot from our home, as well as the Visarno Arena and the main train station of Santa Maria novella.

An elegant and comfortable place to spend even longer stays.Located in the verdant Piazza Tasso,border the ZTL and therefore excellent for those traveling by car. Fast Wifi, Smart TV, washing machine, air conditioning everywhere. Convenient paid parking at 100 meters and free street parking from 20.00 to 08.00.
